Arena is a nice size. Not too big, which means any seat was great. Women's bathroom line moved pretty quickly and was clean. Only problems were the "cash only" aspect and the fact that there weren't enough stands open at intermission to accommodate all the people who wanted food.

Was just there this weekend for WORLD CHANGERS SUMMIT.. Hosted by Dr. Matthew Stevenson III!! Staff was very helpful great place for hosting events..

Been there a few times and it's a very nice stadium. Comfortable seats and a good view from anywhere. 8.75 for domestic 16 oz beer. Didn't have a meal but did share a funnel cake and popcorn very good. Seems to be inadequate number of urinals. About 20% of seats were filled and still lines at the bathrooms.

Went to a Chamber event here for Windy City Bulls. Very well organized and looks like they've got some good systems in place. Will definitely be back!

First of all I would like to comment on the event I visited tonight. I watched a gymnastics event, and the venue was perfect.The atmosphere was great and we had fun.
What I didn't like was the fact that the promotional material for the event , she the members of the 2016 U.S Women's gymnastic team.Now the standard of competition was very high. No U.S Olympic champion was involve2. I think the U.S Gymnastic Association can be guilty of false advertising.
Secondly, I was told to get rid of the water I was carrying and then was made to pay $5 , for a small bottle of water. I don't know who is responsible, but I think those you fans and parents are getting ripped off, when attending , such meets.
Another issue I have is the $15 charge foe parking my car . I am surprised , Chicago gets so visitors to the city. I say it is way too expensive.

I always like going here. It's a smaller version of the Allstate Arena, so not AS crowded, very friendly staff and security, and the seats are actually comfortable. I had my high school graduation here YEARS ago, and just had my youngest sibling graduate as well. I've only been here four times for graduations, but every time I am, it's a great experience!

a few weeks back I was at the Toby Mac concert. The facilities, the vendors and staff were all in very good shape. Friendly service, good food and clean men's bathroom.

Can't even tell me if the event is sold out or if there are still tickets left. I'm not going to drive 45 minutes to maybe be turned away, or not. I'd rather not deal with the hassle. I'm not someone who enjoys jumping through hoops.

Easy to get to. Ample parking. Clean facilities. Quick entry. The concessions are over priced but most big Arenas are.

Great venue for concerts and other events. Decent sound quality and almost any seat is a good seat. The vendors are cash only and the food/drinks are a bit overpriced ($6 for a bottle of water). The parking attendants are very high-strung and unwelcoming.

Attended the IHSA Basketball Games last night. This place is HORRIBLE. I can't believe the IHSA would allow this to happen. Had to stand outside in the cold for 45 minutes (missed half of the first game) due to the long lines to purchase tickets. Totally dis-organized!! I can't believe this was allowed to happen. Many parents and students missed half or most of the game. I give it NO STARS. In fact, should be NEGATIVE STARS.
