They are amazing!!! The whole crew went above and beyond. We were having a very rough night with TWO flat tires. They were compassionate and worked late so we could get back on the road. The staff was warm, friendly, and took the time to explain all our options. GREAT service! Definitely coming back.

Made an appointment for a simple tire balance since they were shaking a little at high speed. I was aware that tread was getting low at about 3/32nds but wanted to wait another month to get tires. I am a master technician so I know what I am doing. My wife took the car in and they tried to extort her into buying 4 new tires. When she said not now, they refused to do the balance. These people are dishonest, stay away.

Cheap tires, Good customer service, Average waiting room but plenty of places to go while you wait. They are a busy place but also very quick when it comes to servicing your car. If your looking for tires this would be the place to go (usually always having specials to save even more money)

I realized had a tire going flat fast while in town went to Belle Tire, who sent me away it was 5 minutes after they closed granted they had quite a few bays open, they turned me away. I arrived at Discount Tire about 15 minutes after they "closed". They took me in anyways and repaired my tire for free. THANKS DISCOUNT! UPDATE I had a tire that was low on 13SEP and swung by unannounced and again was helped immediately, on the spot.

I am so pleased with Discount tire service I want to shout to the world well Jackson County at least. If you need tires I can save you time and headache. Go right straight to Discount and talk to Joel. He will give you the best deal there is in town.AND if you have problems he will be there to see you through them. Ive bought tires from him almost as long as hes been at that store. You definately can not beat their service.

Blew a tire on the lovely I 94 near Jackson. Looked up the closest tire repair on Google and I saw a listing for 2. One was 2.8 star and one 4.3 star. I know why Discount Tire is 4.3 However is should be listed as a 5 star.
Very professional and even had the tire I needed which normally I need to pre order from BMW. Talk to Joel Herrington Jr. If he can't help you, you are in real troubleresponse / report this review -

Just got a set of four new Michelin's installed today. I have bought 4 sets of tires from discount over the years and one set (plus rims) from Belle and while Belle isn't horrible Discount just seems to go the extra mile. For example I had some 90k mile warranty Michelins that were worn out. I had not kept good records and also have winter rims/tires that through off the mileage pro-ration. so Belle said last year that I would have no luck getting ANY warranty credit. Well, today I went into discount just expecting to switch out my winter rims with my summer for their last year and Kris C. was able to utilize the warranty on the previous tires to beat the next cheapest places price (CostCo) by $56 even with mounting and tax. That's like half a free tire. It took Kris about 15 minutes clicking away at the computer and working with my situation to get that $56 but the amount of the discount is not only what I was impressed by. I was impressed by the fact that every time I go to Discount they always seem to go the extra mile and Belle seems like I am putting them out whenever I ask questions. All these bad reviews on here that have a problem with Discount are all from people wanting something for nothing, like free repairs on tires from 1991, free tpms sensor kits, etc etc. I will be back.

Excellent service and friendly, knowledgeable staff! They quoted me about $20 less than another tire place I went to AND THEN upgraded me to an even better model at a great discount. Service for tire installation was fast and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend Discount Tire in Jackson to others!

Best service all around, employees are on point and knowledgeable, management is fair and helpful. I bought two sets of tires and was given a huge discount. They offer many free maintenance services as well.

Another Awesome experience at Discount Tire in Jackson!!! Had a blow out on my wife's car, called one of the guys there, and they got me in, even though I got there 10 minutes AFTER they closed!!! Thanks again as always to Joel, Shawn, and the rest of the crew for another awesome service!! The tire was in warranty and I decided to get a second to match and got a great deal! You guys are the best! Been buying tires at Discount for 17 years and I'll continue to for many more!!!
