Best dealer I've experienced in the GM network in 30+ years of buying and servicing my new/newer vehicles. I bought a factory ordered work van here in 2000. We've had them service all of our vehicles under 10 years old and have always been satisfied with the service, customer service and costs. I just brought in my "new" 2014 LaCrosse for an initial checkup and tire rotation (14,000 miles). Just $10 and less than 30 minutes. My first choice for a new car or service.

Disappointed with the outcome of my visit to look at leasing a new Encore. As a new immigrant (from Canada), my credit history was short. GM Financial approved a lease but at a punitive tier (adding $150/month to my payments). The finance guy said he'd call GM and talk them down (I earn more than enough to cover a lease payment). I left my employer's contact information, multiple references, pay stubs, etc. My sales guy was amazing, and disclosed he was going on holiday the next day, but the finance guy would take care of me. Days went by and I heard nothing. Neither did my references or my employer. I had to reach out twice to follow-up. Finally, I got a call from the finance guy saying "GM won't budge, so do you want this deal or not?" Ummm no? No one ever contacted my references or my employer. Then I get a letter in the mail from GM Financial that I wasn't approved anyways. Luckily, I found a dealer with a competing brand who worked for a week to get me a favorable lease. He did the legwork, and he got my business.

My sales guy was great. Attentive and listening to my needs and trying to find a vehicle at a price that worked for me. It fell apart in the finance department. I felt like my business didn't matter, and then felt like I'd been strung along and lied to. I won't be back.

Oil Change lanes have slowed down significantly over the past couple years. I've been coming to Golling for oil changes and tire rotations multiple times per year for the past four years. I always make a point to get there before they open at 7am so I can be first in line. In the beginning, about four years ago, I was consistently impressed with the speed of their service and would regularly get out (including a car wash) within 30 minutes. Over the past year the turnaround times have grown to one hour for the same service. What makes it worse is I can see the technicians from the waiting room standing around and chatting. The place consistently opens at 7am sharp and I'm always greeted promptly by the friendly and professional service writer. She's fantastic. The techs, however, seem to lack any motivation or customer focus.

Had my oil changed Friday and just noticed oil puddles on my garage floor Looks like this oil change is going to take several trips to get it right. I also checked my receipt and it indicates a tire rotation, but it wasn't performed.

I purchased a new sierra from this dealer in may 2014. The transaction went flawless, the dealer went far above and beyond my expectations and actually repainted my tailgate because there was a small chip in it when I picked it up the first time. My salesman Hopper was very helpful and attentive, treated me like family and got me every single dollar in discounts humanly possible. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

i went there yesterday to get my oil changed and they were all so nice and helpful. they were also very friendly. they were fast and knew what they were doing. great experience. i highly recommend anyone who needs an oil change to go there.

I'm from out of town from this place. I wouldn't recommend going there if you need a quick oil change. That would be something good to just drop your cat off and leave for a little while. They have been nice to me though. Seem to me that the staff knew their stuff before touching the car at least. I would most likely be returning when and or if I need service there again.
