Workers are nice but they don't have any time management. I have worked on tires before and a fifteen minute job took them over two hours. There is no reason for the slow service really reconsider coming here in the future.

I called two days before bringing my car in and was told they don’t do appointments but the day I brought my car in I was told there were 11 people ahead of me based on appointments and when I told one of the employees who I won’t mention that I was told they don’t do appointments, his response was that was only for that day but even when I tried to make an appointment online it states “THEY DONT DO APPOINTMENTS.” I believe I got the run around due to the fact I dropped my car off and so my car wasn’t as much as a priority since I didn’t stay there. I understand it was about 6 people there when I came but when I asked do they believe they will be done with inspecting ONE tire in at least 4 hours. I was told rudely, “we haven’t been getting out until midnight.” I
thought they changed from the first time I came a few years ago so I tried to give them another chance but it’s still the same and they need someone who can handle pressure but yet still provide good customer service. At least make customers feel appreciated when they have to leave their car for hours or even as the “employee” said overnight.

Stupid expensive, but good service. I'm consistently quoted significantly higher labor costs here than other places ($100 more is not uncommon). They do good work, but you owe it yourself to shop around!

Cant say enough about this place. Workers are nice and understanding. They give your realistic time estimates and try their best to fit you in. Ive dealt with Josh at this location and he honestly provided the best service one can ask for. He went out of his way to make sure I left happy and content. Thank you Josh and Discount Tire! Definitely recommend to stop by here! Great shop.

Just a tire rotation today, but as usual they were fast, friendly and professional! Discount Tire is the best in the business. Whether I go to my local Fenton store, or an other store i.e. Miller rd. Flint, or Auburn Hills, they always get great service!

I had a great experience here. I easily made an appointment online the day I needed to go in and only had to wait a couple of minutes to be helped. The guy came out and looked at all of my tires with me and was so patient with my complete lack of car knowledge. He gave me options for which tires to buy to replace my incredibly worn out rear ones and I didn't feel pressured at all to go with the better/more expensive tires. It took only about 10-15 minutes to replace my tires and I was on my way. The price was very reasonable as well!

I LOVE this place. I went in thinking my tread was low on all 4 tires, so I asked to buy 4 new ones. They could have done it since the customer asked for it. But instead they advised me that the tread on 2 of my tires was basically new, and that I only need to buy 2 tires. That saved me a TON of money and I am forever grateful. These guys really have my best interest at heart. (And they're super nice).

They work really hard. I went twice there. Both the time service was good and they repaired both times free of cost. First time I had a issue with bend wheel flange and second time small leakage from another tire. They fixed it quickly like in 30 min. I went little late that it was almost 6 pm when they generally close. Still they waited and service for me. Thanks a lot to all of them. I would recommend to go here for any tire issues.

Great Price on some Great Tires. Also, they threw on some new black lug nuts also. Thanks guys!! There "Above and Beyond" attitude is the reason I only go here to get some rubber!
