Teriable service
Took my furnace in to get tested they said it was the motor replaced the motor and iy done the same thing. So i took it back and they wanted to charge me to have it tested again
Dont think the motor waz bad

Was getting ready to take my 2017 Cougar 5th wheel south, when the slide-out started chattering when moving in and out. Called Rick, the Service Mgr at A&S to see if they could look at it before we left. He said they were slammed and did not think they could squeeze it in due to large number of winterization requests. I had already made an appointment to winterize for Monday, Nov. 6th, so I brought it in anyway, hoping they could repair the slide-out.
They did repair it and winterize it too!!!
I can't tell you how much that meant to us and enables us to head south with peace of mind. That's the kind of service you can expect at A&S. He runs a great crew of technicians who know how to get you back on the road fast!

Just moved to the area and needed to schedule some work on our travel trailer to prep before selling. Called three times and finally reached a live person who took my name, phone# and would have someone in service dept call me. She also asked if we bought our trailer from A&S and I told her no we just moved here. Nobody bothered to call back, so I guess if you did not buy from them you do not matter. Too bad, as we are selling the travel trailer and interested in buying a RV. I always test a dealers customer service capabilities before buying a truck, car, boat etc as that is how you will be treated after you hand over the cashiers check.

We have used A & S for years to service our camper and were always impressed with the service. When it was time to get a new one, we knew we wanted to purchase from A & S. The staff was friendly and professional and the entire process was a breeze. They were also able to set us up with better financing than we found on our own. We absolutely love our new camper!

Honest and Helpful - Two things a consumer should always experience when making a significant purchase with their family.
Purchasing our second 5th Wheel through A&S was as easy as our first. Extensive inventory, great sales interaction and a smooth financing process with many options to use.
Additionally, a terrific service team who are always available, very knowledgeable and ready to assist!

I would highly recommend shopping at a&s if you're looking for a trailer. I've been going there for years for service, but this is the first time buying from them. They weren't pushy, like some other dealers I've dealt with in the past. Rick, who showed us everything about the trailer when we picked it up was great. This is our third trailer, but we still learned a few tricks from him. Overall, a great experience.

My husband, myself and our granddaughter came to look at a few campers, unsure of which direction we were going to go in; used or new, fifth wheel or pull behind. Fortunately, we had Denise Penszynski to guide us. She answered every question we had and really took the time to find out what would be the best for our needs. There was never any pressure to buy. Just options. And laughs. Because "borrowing" a golf cart from another salesperson is always fun Anyway, highly recommended! See Denise if you can. We left with smiles.

Just purchased a camper and could not believe the poor service. The sales person is no longer there and I can guess why. From the time that I first submitted a lead through to the purchase, I was surprised at their lack of processes and follow through. The ONLY one that seemed to know what he was talking about was Alex, who did our walk through. I would give him an A plus and he should have the keys to the Manager's office. The original sales lady was worthless and did not even communicate all of the items that were to be fixed before delivery. Now we have to bring it back. No follow up from the business office, screwed up appointment, no repairs done, and then they had the nerve to tell us that we could not drive it off the lot without spending $200 for a brake control module. You would think at that point, they would have thrown it in. We should have walked. Oh, and don't fall for the spiel on the Outdoor Adventures. The business manager lied to our face about that one. You can't get away with that stuff when you have the internet at your finger tips.
They must rely on referrals but I cannot in good faith refer this company.response / report this review -

We had an awesome sales experience at A & S in Midland! We are first time RV buyers and visited a different dealership before A & S where they seemed very pushy trying to sell us on a camper over our price range. We are so thankful we didn't give in and visited A & S the following weekend. Brooke and Curt were so patient and helpful. They worked with us to get us into a camper we are excited about and the whole process was a positive experience for us.
