First I went to the bell tire next door and didn't want to wait in the line. I went to discount and tire and was immediately helped out by Tim who gave me all my options as to what kind of tires I should get. I went in only wanting to replace 2 tires but got all 4 done

Took excellent care of my car and got everything done in a prompt manner. They only deal with tires/rims so they can't try to sell you a bunch of un-needed parts. Had two new tires put on and was in and out within 40 minutes.

Thank you, discount tire in Fenton. They removed a screw from my tire, repaired and balanced the tires for FREE, on my new car that has never been there before, on a tire that is not their tire! It took an hour of work for free!

This is not the first time they have repaired our tires for free! They will always have our business for all 4 of our vehicles!

Used to be good. Last time i was there i bought a rim from them to mount a tire on i bought previously from them for a spare. By the time i got home the wheel weights fell of and were in the protective bag they put tire in to transport it home in my other car. Extremely disappointed they cant spray alil brakeclean on the rim to get any residual oils off before they put wheel weights on. I used to be a loyal customer but im going somewhere else. If they cant do something this simple who knows what else there messing up.

Four years ago I took my Eldorado in for tires. First thing in the morning, winter, dark. After waiting a normal amount of time they said my car was done. But the installer said that my hubcap was broke and that it came in that way ( practically impossible)! He was holding it in both hands and showing me a tab that was broke off. But at the same time he was holding his thumbs over the two newly broken tabs and basically lying about breaking it, and blaming it on me somehow!.. So I quit using Discount until last week when I went in for two tires on my newer Deville. I got there at about 10:30. It was busy and I was informed that it would be a one and a half or two hour wait. No problem but I needed the car by 2. Plenty of time they said. So I went to the Panera Bread across the street and waited for a friend to get out of work and give me a ride home. At 1:30 my brother was leaving work and gave me a ride back to Discount, where at 2:00 I asked for my keys because I had to go. The car wasn't even in the building yet!!! My whole day wasted on these guys all because they feel they have to lie to do business! Never again!

Thoroughly satisfied and pleased with Discount Tire last week. My tire had a huge piece of metal which caused it to drop air within minutes. Tony stayed AFTER CLOSING TIME to repair my tire, which was above and beyond what was required of him. I greatly appreciate his friendliness and willingness to take care of it for me so I could make it home safely. Highly recommended!! Thank you!
