Pete and the Feldman Service team are great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and not trying to sell me things I don’t really need. The always take great care of me. It’s why I keep coming back to them.

I purchased 2 vehicles in the past week from here. Great service and will definitely be referring anyone i know. My salesman Cody Serrato did an outstanding job along with the finance advisor Dan. They treated me like family and were very informative and helpful. You've gained a customer for life!! I am truly impressed by the speed with which this dealership was able to set me up with my new truck. My salesperson, Kurt Chappelle, was excellent. He was able to answer all my questions and has continued to make sure that I’m happy with my purchase. The follow up calls are what are really impressive. Most people drop you like a bad habit after you’ve signed on the line, but not Kurt. He is genuinely concerned with my car happiness.

Today I purchased a new Colorado From Feldman Chevrolet of highland. This was probably my best experience purchasing a new vehicle. Greg Payne was my salesman and he took excellent care of me. He was very thorough explaining all the features of the care and making my stay there go by quickly. Thank you for my new truck!!

Would be a 5 star but The repair staff is great, the service writers are great, the parts folks are great, prices on service are good, quality of work is goodbut the constant barrage of calls, texts, requests for ratings is never ending. I scheduled an oil change myself. I got a text to confirm a few days prior, which I did - no problem, one text seems fine to make sure I am still coming. But, i got 2 more callsat work, emails, more textsand then after servicemore and more emails and texts. I just want your quality service at your good price. I DO NOT WANT TO BE BOTHERED OVER AND OVER AND OVER IN MULTIPLE FORMATS BEFORE AND AFTER WORK!!! I personally know many people who work where I dothe big place just south of youwho won't come to you any more for this exact reason.

I had a great experience. My salesman Joe Riley was very helpful and attentive to my needs and budget. He worked with me on price and made sure that I left with a car that fit my lifestyle. I came from out of state, an hour and a half drive to view a vehicle. I had scheduled an appointment and they were aware of what vehicle I was viewing and driving. When I got there I had to wait despite having the appointment. I proceeded to test drive the vehicle and got a few miles from the dealership and the gas light was going off and said I had one mile cruising range. I had to immediately take the vehicle back for fueling. I continued to wait until they could attempt to put the deal together (all figures were given to TONY the day before). They then proceed to give me a price on my trade in significantly lower than all other dealers. I indicated if they could get the deal closer $3500 is what we were apart, the deal could be done. I was told we were close so fill out a credit app so they could start processing, which I DID. I returned from lunch and they ran the credit and we were no where closer to a deal. After spending 4 hours at the dealership, having my credit ran for no reason, I was set free. I was told someone would call me the following day as they "thought they could get the deal together..NO PHONE CALL!!!!!!!!!!!!! This experience has really shown that used car salesman really do live up to that title.

They did an excellent job keeping me updated (both through text and calls) on the status of my car. They also ensured safe transit to and from the vehicle, and they always seemed to do good work.

Recently I went for an oil change and tire rotation. I used a certificate for a free oil change and had $20.00 from my Advantage Fund to use on the tire rotation. The whole service cost me nothing. Very pleased with Feldman Chevrolet and their programs.
