My husband and I are definitely not fans of car shopping, but the staff at Dimmitt made this the BEST car buying experience ever. We owe a gigantic thank you to Bryan and everyone else there that made us feel so valued and appreciated! Your commitment to providing the best customer service is absolutely apparent!

I brought my Silverado in for routine service, oil change, tire rotation, alignment, and I asked them to investigate a rather annoying squeak that recently started in the drivers seat. My service advisor Chris was great. He was polite and informative and when I asked him about how long he thought the service should take, he told me the seat creaking was the only unpredictable issue and guessed maybe an hour and a half.

Four and a half hours later I finally received the truck back. Chris told me they couldn't find the source of the squeaking so he ordered a whole new seat bracket since it's under warranty. I will have to bring the truck back once the part arrives. As for the reason why the service took 4.5 hours, I was told the alignment rack was 'backed up'.

I like the dealership, the service techs are friendly, but the service times are excruciating. If I had known it would take 4 hours, I would have arranged for a courtesy vehicle which I will be doing when I bring it back in for the seat.

12/11/17 -- World of difference this time around!! Chris was still great to work with, I dropped my truck off at 7:30AM, they arranged for a courtesy truck for me to use the rest of the day (great truck btw), I was back at work within an hour. Chris called around 3PM to let me know they fixed the seat and also addressed the newer issue of a dead battery. I came back, dropped the loaner, signed two papers and had my truck back on the road. Excellent experience and great customer service. Thank you!!

I just bought a car from Gerry Stumpf at Dimmitt. Gerry was great to work with! I appreciate a salesperson who does not play games, but cut to the chase and got me the price I asked for without the constant back and forth. The best part was Dimmitt Chevrolet actually called me back 2 days after the purchase and told me they got me a better interest rate than what I had already signed for and saved me $24 a month. This was post sale! I am very satisfied and can gladly recommend Gerry and Dimmitt!

On returning from vacation, my auto would not start and needed to be jump started. It then apparently did not charge while driving and the following morning would not start again. I called the Dimmitt Service Dept. and they fit me in to check my vehicle that day. As it turned out, it was the battery and was fully covered under warranty. I also had a regular service performed plus a few additional things so all in all it was a very good experience with Dimmitt's Service Dept. Thank You.

BAIT AND SWITCH!!! We saw a 2017 Grand Sport Corvette online. The price included several GM incentives that were listed. We met all of them.
We notified Mark a sale manager, that we were on our way and driving 2 hours to come see the car and get a quote on our trade. You would think that they would have pulled the car out and rinsed it off at least.
The car was filthy, and was tucked away were you couldn't see it very well. I asked if they could pull it out and the sales person said no. Not until the numbers worked out. The car was scuffed all along the front and bird droppings on the car, dirt and grass was all up in the wheel wells. We then went into the show room to discuss the deal and they came back with a terrible low price on our trade and raised the price up on the car over $3,000 more than advertised. The sales person, after two trips back to the sales managers office came back and said "Good news, you're going to buy a Vette today. Just not from us!..Thanks for coming in!" They don't care about there cars or there customers experience at this Chevrolet dealership. They use low prices to advertise and get you to come in. They have Absolutely NO intentions of honoring there advertised deal. If you're in the market for a new car or truck, go anywhere else but here!

I came in today, to buy a Chevy Silverado 1500, but I was too tall for the truck. I was shown a similar model with power seats, which gave me enough headroom. I really liked the truck, even though it was not the original one came in to buy. DJ was very helpful getting the details together. We were just $1500 from finalizing the purchase. When the manager came in to close the deal, I told him I could wait so I can research prices since, "Your Best Price As Low As", is not going to be the actual purchase price. He told me, "it was not his fault I could not fit in the original truck." I left despite multiple apologies.

Brought my 2017 Grand Sport Corvette in for first oil change. When I showed up for my appointment I very specifically asked if they would cover the seat with plastic and put a paper mat on the carpet. They assured me it was standard practice and they would. After about 2 hours they brought my car around and what I saw floored me. Mind you when I brought my car in there was not a spec of dirt anywhere on that body or a crumb inside that entire interior. When i walked up to get in my car I saw that the entire back end of the car had mud and dirt splattered all over. I could not believe my eyes. Then I opened up the driver door and saw what looked like gravel laying in the crevice of the seat. I could not believe what I saw. I was so livid I did not say anything as i probably would have been arrested for making such a seen. I was called the next day by a woman named Sheila to ask how my experience was. I told her what had happened and of course she apologized and wanted to know why i did not come inside to say something. I told her that I was so irate that I probably would have been arrested for making a scene so decided to just leave with the intent of never ever coming back for any type of service. She said next time i come in they will give me a free car wash. Are you kidding me. Do you think for one second I would let anybody there touch my car. " NO WAY". Have had negative service in the past also. Never again.

This review concerns the service department. Basically I think the entire process of having your car serviced is flawed and not customer focused. Each time I drop my car I wait to see the service advisor, then spend another 20 minutes explaining the problem that already have explained when I made the appointment. I never get out of there in less than 30 minutes dropping my car. There is no protocol for communication, it just depends on the service advisor. In my last service I dropped my car off, was told they would call me to let me know how long it would be before I could pick it up. I didn't hear anything from the dealership until I called 3 days later. When I went to pick up the car, I was supposed to wait again for the service advisor, who was not busy and could not see me. I am going to have to find another Chevrolet dealership to service my vehicles, as I don't see the process getting any better. Only follow up is occasional customer survey, which they encourage you to give them 100% satisfaction. There is no concern for inconveniencing the customer.

Bought a used 2016 Ram 1500 that they lifted with aftermarket lift kit. Initially after a couple weeks some problems came up with the front end I made some calls and A gentleman by the name of Max contacted me concerning this issue and took care of everything. The truck looks amazing and drives like a dream and I am Extremely happy with the purchase. The buying process was relaxed and pleasurable.

Well the service manager was the best part of the service call. ( David Chaffin) He kept me informed as to diagnosis and the approximate costs and progress throughout the day. But he also told me that they would clean up and wash my vehicle before it was to be delivered to me: it wasn't.
As far as the satisfaction factor, all appears to be working fine. I haven't taken the old Blazer through its paces yet. There are always the strange sounds and new vibrations the senses seem to observe when you have any work done on your truck, boat, plane, car, house, heart etc. Thank you very much for asking. I am concerned about the routing of the refrigeration hoses and the way they are just flopping around on top of the fan guard. Should they be fastened to avoid wear or damage in the future?
I still have the two folding chairs with the "Chevy logo" on them I won at Dimmitt a few years ago. The grand kids take them to the shore every time they come down to visit. I have always had a great experience at Dimmitt Chevy through the years!

The service at Dimmitt Chevrolet has always been exceptional. The team is courteous and professional and very helpful. The reclining chairs are comfortable in the reading room while I wait for the service to be completed and I can catch up on my paperwork.
My vehicle is perfect when I leave Dimmitt after being serviced. Thank you. Always happy with Dimmitt Chevrolet.

Dimmitt went out of their way to make sure I got the truck I wanted at the price I needed. They definitely have the best selection of trucks in the area. Jake, our salesman, was great to work with, he knew the vehicles inside and out and did more than I could've asked for. Dave, the manager, was really great in making sure the experience was a good one, and genuinely cares about making sure their process is as enjoyable and easy as possible for the customer.
