We had a very good experience at Cosmo Motors. Dustin was excellent to work with when we bought our jeep. Both Dustin and Shawn stayed late that night until all details where done. Excellent and friendly, we will be back. Thank you to Cosmo for making our used car purchase pleasant. Angie Jenkins

Very nice salespersons we talked and the price wasn't right for me. He went and talked to his boss and he didn't go back and forth he came out and i told him what i wanted and he said what he could do. We was off so he came up with a number to try to make me happy and got it where i would do it. Very nice people check out Joey Smith he will work with you. I called back on Tuesday 10/23/17 and talked with Joey about the registration i wasn't sure of. He he informed me that it was all took care of and they would call me when the registration got there and i could come pick it up or he would mail it. Very helpful people there Joey was great working with me on everything. Thank you COSMO MOTORS.

Matt and crew at Cosmo motors are the most helpful group of individuals I’ve ever dealt with in the car industry. Cosmo bent over backwards to help me in every way possible and showed me the true meaning of customer service! I bought a Gen V viper from them and sold my previous car to them and I haven’t stepped foot in any other dealership since. If you’re skeptical about Cosmo Motors, please take it from a customer who is more picky than any they’ve had to deal with THIS PLACE IS OUTSTANDING. Go see these guys and their outstanding selection you won’t be disappointed.

Cosmo cares more about making enough money to support his car collection than taking care of customers. Was in the market for an Acura TL and finally found one that i wanted at Cosmo Motors. The transaction started off great and they even helped me secure financing. I sent proof of income, drivers license, insurance, and agreed upon a price before making the 90 min trip to Hickory to take my car home. That's when things went down hill. Drove the car and loved it but noticed it needed tires. Apparently customer safety isn't important at Cosmo Motors they do the bare minimum needed to pass imspection which is scary for a dealership that doesn't offer warranties. In the finance office signing my buyers order and the price was $1000 more than what we agreed upon on the phone because of a bank fee Chance says. This should have been discussed prior to me making the trip but its really my fault for trusting that everything would be the same as we agreed instead of double and triple checking. I should have walked away then but I was excited to finally end almost a year long search and take the car home. That excitement wore off when Chance and David told me I couldn't take the car home because the bank has a policy that I can't take the car until the deal is funded, which I thought was odd and later found out was a lie but didn't question at the time because ya know, trust. I signed paperwork on Thursday and they said Monday I would be able to take delivery. Monday comes and after not hearing anything from the team after noon I send David a text asking when I could pick the car up. He now states Tuesday morning because things got pushed back. Tuesday I didn't hear anything again in the morning so I call the bank directly to see what the deal is. I get in touch with the funding department, after 2 hours of run around, transferred calls, and wrong numbers, and get my own deal funded because apparently I wasn't a priority to Cosmo Motors. David gets back to me Wednesday and says I can pick the car up and I showed up later that day to do so. Chance says "even though the deal isn't funded he's going to let me take the car" which was a dumb thing to say because if he could do that now why couldn't he do it a week ago and I also got an email from the funding department that morning saying my deal was funded. Chance also agreed to push my 1st payment out 45 days and I signed a contract stating such but wouldn't you believe it when I got my first statement my payment was due 2 weeks earlier than we agreed. These guys are your typical used car dealership that lie and use shady business practices to put a deal together. They overpromise just to underdeliver even on the cookies they send which are not homemade. Minus the fact I bought it from a joke of a dealership I do love my car so I guess there's that.

Worked for Cosmo for a couple years and I am still a used car buyer. Although I am still in the business, when I got ready to lifted truck, I didn't go to the auction. Why? I wanted a truck that was done and something I knew would be right mechanically. So I purchased my 2010 F150 from my good friends at Cosmo Motors. Love the people, the atmosphere and the no nonsense experience!

The staff at Cosmo Motors truly make you feel at home. We have bought a couple of cars from them and Matt was our salesman. Every vehicle, on the lot is extremely clean. You can tell that their detail department is more than just a car wash. Beauty and perfection, on every car. The service department is also amazing. We have our vehicles serviced with Cosmo Motors as well because we do not trust any other shops to not try to up-sell us. If you're looking for the perfect car and want a stress free experience, pay them a visit first! Financing was a breeze as well. Thank you Cosmo Motors.

Just purchased our third vehicle from Cosmo and are extremely pleased. We offered a near impossible task and Matt came through again. Every car we have purchased has been very clean and well maintained. Matt, Chance, and Cosmo go the extra mile to make sure we are a happy returning customer. I bought a 2003 WRX from Cosmo about 5 years ago. They were very upfront with previous history and provided a carfax on site. They even worked with me on a price and took my previous car as a trade in for added monetary value. These guy specialize in high end, exotic, and luxury cars so I feel the "high prices" are justifiable.

I'd love to know how you can say you fixed an oil leak prior to a customer purchasing a vehicle, then when we, the customer (a mechanic), find the leak a couple weeks later and bring it to you, you tell us that the repair you did prior to the purchase CAUSED a new leak and you knew it was going to happen. 1) You just admitted that you knew something on the vehicle was going to f up and you put it on the lot anyway and happily sold it. 2) We come from a family of mechanics and one of us is a mechanic who does that very job on a regular basis on heavier machinery; that initial repair doesn't cause the second one to happen, let alone within weeks, and the oil was too high for it to have worked out that way regardless. Thanks for the shady business.
Next day update: all of a sudden there's a lifter tap so more than likely they went from synthetic to the 5w30 noted on the sticker. I now have that repair on top of the almost $1500+ parts in immediate need repairs that all showed up within days of purchase. Lol.response / report this review -

Cosmo Motors is a great place to do business with, my parents have purchased 3 vehicles from Cosmo Motors and have had no problems out out them. I myself have purchased 2 vehicles. The prices are reasonable and I can't believe all the extras my car has! Not to mention that they had the car fax and service records for my car. The sales guys are a hoot! Cosmo is very easy to work with! I recommend Cosmo Motors to anyone who is looking to buy a car!
