Mr. Caleb Hulett was my sales representative at discovery. I have never been so pleased in purchasing a new car. He worked tirelessly to find a deal that was most affordable for me while providing the best costumer service I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I highly recommend purchasing your next vechile at discovery with Caleb. Just superb!

I recently just had my second experience with Discovery Chevy in Boone North Carolina. Every time I have been in there they have treated me great! Every employee that I've dealt with has been very kind and helpful. I don't exactly have the best credit or the best finances but if you go in there and tell them your situation honestly they will find a way to help you get in a vehicle.
This most recent time that I went to Discovery I dealt with a young salesman by the name of Caleb. He was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable on the product, and he was very honest about what I was going to be able to get with my financial situation. You do not always find salesman on a car lot that will be honest with you and try their best to help you find what you want at a price you can afford. I went on to the lot wanting a truck but knowing that with my financial situation I may or may not be able to get a truck. Caleb took the extra time to find the one truck on the lot that I could afford.
The last thing I'm going to say is that whether or not you are one of the people that it's all about the make of the vehicle and you have to have a Chevy or if you're just one of the people that just think Chevy's nice or even if you are someone it has never really cared about the make Discovery Chevy in Boone is a great place to go and find your next vehicle and you should definitely give them a try.response / report this review -

Avoid this dealership! It looks like they are paying people for good reviews too. Went to look at a Ford Edge but it was at a different lot and would not disclose exactly where. James went on about trying to cut us a deal and about him wanting "help out" the military and their family's since my dad was in the Navy. It was all a front. Came back with a percentage rate that I knew was through the roof and "could not tell us what it really was". His attitude changed and went back a fourth to the sales manager. It is always a show with these dealers. And, since it was a Saturday night and the banks were closed he said the sales manager would call back on Monday morning. No one ever did. My fiance finally got a hold of them and James had answered the phone and sounded like he was backed in a corner. He told us that the bank wants over $4,000 down. They also ran my credit four times, which I will dispute!! This place will NEVER change. This place deservers zero stars!!

What a great experience! My husband and I felt like our time and words were valued. Upon arrival Caleb Hulett opened the door for us, listened to and understood our wants and needs, put us in the perfect vehicle for ourselves and worked within our budget. Other dealerships have made us feel like just another possible sale, but Caleb and the rest of the team made us feel as though they truly wanted to help. We can't recommend this place enough!

Recommended by a family member to check out cars here. Recently purchased a vehicle from this location. James was our sales rep and extremely helpful and pleasant to work with! Prices were very comparable to other dealer options. With the purchase we received several free oil changes, and since we work in higher education, we were offered additional oil changes and a free inspection. Would do business again, and may in the future!

Easiest car deal ever! Ask for James, he was incredibly helpful, I didn't feel any pressure. He also got me a free 100k mile warranty! Great experience, he was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend, I am very satisfied with this dealership!

Ive been in sales for over 40 years and I hate salesmen but James McInnis at Discovery greeted me with a smile, listened to me and my wife and our needs and made all the stars line up perfectly for us. I was actually shocked at how easy and efficient he worked. I would reccomend James if your looking for a great deal. Thanks James

What a great experience. Will was great to work with on the sale of my truck. He contacted me from out of state when he saw that I had my vehicle for sale. He called me promptly, set up price and made arrangements to pick up my vehicle. He did what he said and did it well in a friendly and professional manner. I would highly recommend their dealership to family and friends.

Bought two vehicle and had problems with both within 3 weeks now we have had them for almost a year and the 2010 avalanche truck we bought has had rust and bubbles pop up all over the place. We over paid for these vehicles and they looked like they were in good condition but now after having them for almost a year we can see we got scammed by this car dealership. We will NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE WITH THEM EVER!!!!!!!

This is my new go to dealership! No hassles, no haggling, just a good deal and good service! Caleb Hulett was very helpful and got me the truck with everything I wanted cheaper than any other dealership could get me just a basic truck.

I found out about Discovery Chevrolet when I was (still am) looking for an used Cadillac. Caleb was the sale person who answered the phone. He was professional, friendly, listened to my questions and got me all the info I needed.
Being an out of state buyer I rely on the sales person for photos (inside, outside, under carriage etc.) and other information to assess the condition of the vehicle.
Caleb addressed all my questions and concerns, never made me felt like I was bothering him. Couldn't ask for a better shopping experience.
Do yourself a favor and ask for Caleb when you call up Discovery, he'll take good care of you, a true professional.response / report this review -

This dealership is the best we have ever dealt with!!! We traveled from Fayetteville (4hours) just to do business with them. I have not encountered a more accommodating staff or friendly service! Those guys are going the extra mile, and worked with our financial situation and got us great vehicles! Veteran friendly!!!

Worked with Caleb in sales and Joe for our financing. Both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Both were willing to work with us and I feel we got an excellent deal in the end. Good transparency. I would send family here for a new vehicle. Can't wait to drive my new Sonic everywhere! :)
