No customer service, over priced vehicles, not willing to deal. Lost my business went down the street and purchased a truck for half the amount that village was offering

They say "no credit is refused because we own the bank". That's the biggest lie I have ever heard in my life. Couldn't tell me numbers for anything, would not tell me how much they were going to give me for my trade. Over all they were playing games and I wouldn't recommend anyone going to their establishment. 👎🏻

I would like to thank Village Motors for being sooo helpful! I came by there Friday to see if they could help me some paper work as I had to have my other car totaled from a wreck.Jennifer S. not only Helped me but did all the paper work I needed to help get the transition going but sent it out for me and called a agency for me. I have bought several cars from them and have loved them all. The people that work here are a 100% true and honest. I now have a dream car and it couldn't have gone any smoother. AGAIN Jennifer helped with it all and explained what needed to be done if i got confused. LOL thank you all Village Motors

Worse experience ever. Cost me over $300 for insurance for a car i don't own. Told me $500 down and the car was mine. Then 2 weeks into the deal They tell me well we need $1000 down if you want to keep the car. Wtf? Was told the 500 would be refunded in 24hrs. And a week later still no refund. Would not advise anyone to buy a car from them.
