Scheduling is a nightmare. Lied to on several occasions. Finally got glass installed was about to give up

I have always been quickly and professionally helped over the past ten years for all glass replacement needs and also for advice about issues like adhesive removal, or reconstructing something , such as a cabinet door, as to glass choices. Its not a fancy showroom but they know their stuff, and their fees are very fair and affordable.

I have used Henderson Glass for years and had a great experience. I decided to try Diamond Glass because they were "seemingly" less expensive. (Not truly the case when comparing apples to apples.) The receptionist made several errors in ordering and scheduling and, when confronted about it, became angry and hung up on me. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak with the owner (three times) and the message was never relayed to him. The only bright spot was Joe, the installer, who was a true professional. Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with this individual and use Henderson Glass - I know I will for all future orders!

Worst experience. They promised to do the job and didn't do it. When I called to pick up, I was yelled by a receptionist and nothing was done by pronmised time. Rude lyers.

Worst experience ever.
I work at U of M, and placed a purchase order through the university system.
Diamond Glass and Feiners made appointments with me 2~3 times that they would stop by in my lab to measure dimension of the glass, but they just didn't show up without any notice every time!
At first, they did apologize to me, but now they haven't even contacted me for more than 10 days without an apology.
I had to cancel the purchase order and look for another vendor.response / report this review -

1) Called to get an estimate for 2 peices of glass - no returned call. 2) 1 week later Stopped in to the store - set up for measure/estimate. 3) 2- days later Measured incorrectly. 4) 2 weeks later Installers showed w/o advance call, installed wrong size peice, and couldn't install 2nd peice left a mess of packing materials and metal scraps on my bathroom floor. 5) 3 days later Installers return (again w/o an advance call) Installed the 2nd piece - (this peice is right) looks fine. 6)Told they would get back to us about the first peice being the wrong size. No one did. Cost $1,100 about a month.
I always want to do business locally, but I should have just gone to Lowes. These guys could not give a %^*$# about what I ordered or how it looks-I can get that from any big box for half the price.
If you want to over pay, wait forever, get the wrong glass, have installers who make and leave a mess - THIS is your place.response / report this review -

They cut a glass table cover for me. Two pieces for with and without the leaf. They fit perfectly. They look perfect. What's not to like?
