We enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub were a great way to spend time with the kids and the view was stunning. It was quite a trek to our planned activities, but since we were hoping for a fairly quiet week it wasn't much of a hardship.
We didn't love that we got a tow notice on our car our very last morning. Not the best note to leave on.response / report this review -

The location was a little difficult to find but it was worth it. My kids loved the indoor heated pool. We had a great view of the Smokies. The staff was very nice, but we really only interacted with them during check in, which is fine with me, I like peace and quiet while on vacation. All around great place! Would definitely book another trip in the future

We have stayed here 4 times. The staff is wonderful, friendly, helpful.
We rented c207 recently- great decor highly recommend as a top choice.
My wife had been in the hospital so we did the 6hr drive a day later. Unfortunately when we arrived after 5:30 on Xmas eve the office was closed and there was no late pkg for us to get in. After finding a security guard -he located the maintenance guy who in turn found Jamie the assistant manager. Jamie made a 30 minute drive to the resort to get us in.
I am sure he had his own festivities for Xmas eve. But he took great care of us.
The 1st time we made a reservation it was thru Jamie he is cheerful and welcoming.
Great job Jamie we hope you are here for years to come as you are a valuable asset to this resort.response / report this review -

This place is AMAZING! The location is perfect. Your just a short drive to town. The condo we stayed in was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. We loved waking up each morning to such beautiful views!! I know some people mentioned in their review the road leading up to this place was a concern, but what do you expect when your driving up a mountain. Just know that you will be going up some steep roads with lots of turns. It's a beautiful drive up and down the mountain. We Enjoyed it so much! I already miss this place so much and hope to visit again one day!

The condo was beautiful. The view was breath taking. The location is prime. 10 minute drive to the walking district of Gatlinburg which was amazing. About a half hour drive to pigeon forge which is another awesome area worth visiting! This condo has us thinking about moving here

Loved my stay here! Location and view were both amazing. Condo was in excellent condition and clean. It was very quiet. Staff were great and went above and beyond. We wound up changing our plans and staying an extra night we loved it here so much. This was easy to do with the gracious manager who went out of this way to allow this. Had a great time and i highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in the Smoky Mountainslook no furtherSTAY HERE!

Amazing view, one of the best views of the smokies I've ever seen. All units (as I am aware of) have views of the GSMNP. Staff were friendly. Excellent food as well.

Love the resort. Breathtaking views. Clean and quiet. Lots of activities for the family. Affordable. Has everything you need in the rooms. Will definitely come back.

I stayed in this resort a couple of years ago and it was a memorable experience. This resort is very affordable yet you feel as if you were in an upscale resort. It has plenty of amenities to keep the little ones engaged. Our room had a kitchen which is a lifesaver when you have kids.

Well off the Gatlinburg strip, but WELL worth the trip. No hassel or hustle from the crowds. Plenty of peace, quiet, and gorgeous mountain views. Courteous and Friendly staff. The Condos feel more like home!

Wow! The views from the porch in our room were breathtaking! The trip up to the resort isn't for the faint of heart. I would try to get up here during the day light. Once you do the drive it gets easier. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room is very welcoming and is very clean. Has a kitchenette with the basics provided including paper towel. We even had our fireplace! The pricing is beyond reasonable. We will stay here again!
