Visited for warranty recall. Quite fast visit on this one. Waiting area offers an opportunity to work with WiFi. People were nice.

They wanted to charge me $110 just to do a diagnostic and I bought my 2013 f150 from them. I wouldn’t of had a problem with that if they told me the price from the beginning.

$110 just for a Diagnostic check when my check engine light went on. No thanks I took it to a local Mechanic. I thought because I bought a $40,000 truck from them they would take better care of me obviously not I will never step foot in this dealership again.

This dealership would not preform repair work on my 2013 MKZ because it has a salvage title. I talked with the "Service Manager" and he was about as helpful as a bag of rocks (personality to match also). They offered no advice other than to "try a Lincoln Dealership". I decided to take my car to Suburban Ford in Waterford and they spent the time with me and my car to figure out the problem and take care of it.

First and foremost I would like to give a special thanks to my salesman Steve Culakovski. We came into this dealership with no intentions and by no intentions I mean absolutely 0 intentions on getting another Ford. This guy however is the best salesman I've ever worked with my entire life. After approaching the front desk, I was asked by this elderly rude lady if I had an appointment and I proceeded to let her know I didn't need one I'm simply returning my car and leaving. Fortunately for us, we were approached with Steve, and he assured us that he would take care of us no matter which route we took. Wow! Honestly anyone looking for a Ford you must see this guy. He not only got us to stick with Ford, but was able to work with our budget well enough to make sure that we got a brand new 2017 Ford Fusion with more options then the last one! The process was the smoothest I've ever had at a dealership(trust me I hate dealerships so it means a lot when I say this). He got us a great deal, got the vehicle we wanted towed in from a different dealership, we left him a deposit, and the following week which is today, we picked up the car and everything was ready! The new vehicle freshly cleaned and showroom ready, not to mention he saved us from the long wait that customers usually have at dealerships upon purchasing a vehicle. It's amazing we literally were able to come in, put the money down on the lease, finalize the last few forms needed for the new vehicle as well as the turn-in, and off we were with our brand new 2017 Ford. Anyone looking to purchase a new Ford do yourselves a favor and come in and see Steve. I honestly met this guy a week ago, and the way he treated us and the attentiveness made me feel like I was a family member and as if I knew him my whole life. Every step of the way he kept in contact with me leading up until today, as well as notifying me when the vehicle arrived at the dealership and took every single step to make sure I got a great deal. Thank you again Steve for the great service, and thank you for showing me as well as my family that going to the dealership isn't really bad at all, and that there are great people out there that aren't like the typical salesman. A special thanks to Dean Sellers Ford as well for having someone like this to take care of customers because in today's world, most salesmen are slimey and will tell you anything to make a sale. Whether your in the market for a Ford, or even in the market for a new car, trust me when I tell you this guy definitely showed to us why Dean Sellers is "The Real Deal". I'll be back.

I took my 2013/42,000 mile Ford C-Max to Dean Sellers Ford for a recent recall notice and two other issues. The other issues were a ball bearing or piece of debris that would roll from one side of the car to the other when the overhead screen was closed and the second issue was rust that was on the inside of both front doors. The service representative that I dealt with took a drive with me and acknowledged the ball bearing/debris in the screen and also acknowledged the rust on the front doors. He told me that it would cost me $110 to have the ball bearing/debris diagnosed and that if it was debris that to remove it would be at my own cost. He also told me that Ford would not cover the rust on the doors until the rust caused a perforation in the metal?!? This is even with the $1,800/$0 deductible extended warranty that I purchased to extend the warranty on the vehicle. I called Ford Customer Care and filed a claim. I was told I would receive an email in two days. After hearing nothing from them for a week, I called back. They said they talked to the dealership and that the rust repair claim was denied. I asked Ford Customer Care for the name and contact information of someone within Ford Motor that I could speak with. They would not provide that information. My salesperson told me they would waive the $110 diagnosis fee but that any repair would still be my responsibility for the ball bearing/debris in the screen. Also she restated the rust policy. I asked her for the name of someone within Ford Motor that I could speak with and she could not provide that. In the meantime, the carpeting that is glued to the backs of the rear fold down seats has fallen off. Now I have decided to sell the vehicle and purchase from some other auto manufacturer other than Ford. I feel that I have been poorly treated over some extremely minor issues that good customer service would have dictated solving without all of the roadblocks that Dean Sellers and Ford have erected.

I was in for an oil change. The was completed in the time quoted with everything being examined and checked. I had 95,000 miles on my Edge and went on a 1800 mile trip and am still pleased with the mileage and handling of the car. I have found that the service at Dean Sellers is always pleasant experience.

Really wonderful as always. We have been customers since 1990. So many purchases and leases since then. Darlene Paul was amazing as always. She stayed till about 1030 to make sure we got the paperwork done and got the rebates that were expiring that day. Really appreciate her and Dan Paul's commitment to out family. Thank you so much!

I love my owners new 2017 Escape. The console is better and I can see out the windows. My owner got a cool panoramic roof which let's me of the sun. Sunny days are good for dogs. My owner told me of the GREAT EXPERIENCE she had with CHRISTIE PARKER, who was her sales person. We love Christie and our Ford Escape.

I always enjoy every one of my experiences with Dean Sellers Ford. I came here for years with my parents, and they when it was time for me to start leasing cars, there was no other place I would have gone. Darlene is a great sales person, extremely helpful and friendly and will work with whatever you may need or request. Dan is a very efficient financial manager and ensures that you understand the entire financial process of leasing a car. I would recommend Dean Sellers to all and will continue to lease my vehicles from here for years to come.

I had a very enjoyable experience here. They were the first Ford dealership I visited and gave me the best deal by at least 100 dollars on the price of my lease. Nobody in the area could match the price they offered. Solid customer service, but because I was there around a holiday things moved a little more slowly than I would've liked. Would highly recommend this dealership, especially to women buying alone or folks who are trying for their first lease!
