The staff here takes wonderful care of their customers. Denise and James work their hardest to make a new car work for you, and the service department has consistently work more quickly than estimated. Go get a new Dodge!
I purchased a used minivan with the help of Rich in the used car sales. Rich was very comfortable to work with, plus other staff (George) was relaxed and informative when I was looking at new vans. The purchase was relatively uneventful and not stressful.
Only holdups was the detailing of the vehicle (dusty dash) before I took ownership and Rich not being informed by management about the $25 gift card for customers for taking a test drive before the purchase.
Hands down I would recommend Galeana’s because of their relaxed approach while talking to potential buyers!
Well you just lost a sale. I tried getting some information today by email while I was at work. Not one person got back to me. So I bought 2 cars at another dealer..
I just bought a new truck and Bill Reed made it a super enjoyable process! I'm happy with how quick he responded and how on top of it he was. And of course I love my new truck. They make it as easy as buying a new car can be!
Excellent customer service and amazing people! I was greeted with respect and a smile from the very first second I walked in the door until I left. The staff if very helpful with any and all questions I had and if one didn't know they made sure to find the answer for me. Great place with great people. I will definitely be recommending Galeana's Van Dyke Dodge to all my friends and family.
WORSE EXPERIENCE and PROFESSIONAL DEALER i call in the morning to check if truck was still for sale answer was yesi fillout and i get pre approval that same morning and some minutes latter we get a call telling me what i will need to proof my income and i tell that guy that i will be there that same day because i wan to to buy it.I DROVE 3 HOURS that same day to find that they sale that truck. I understanding that is a business and they said that i should put a deposit IN REALLY RUDE WAYbut come on they know i was coming i call , they know that i was coming from 3 hours away they have my number will be nice if they call me to tell me that the truck was sold. THANKS FOR WASTE OF MY TIME . i cant imagine how professional are you another's services at this dealer if you can't even make a simple call.
Brought my car in for a Safety Recall and to redeem my first (free) oil change. I had unexpected damage to my front right tire, which I had taken care of after seeing it when I went to pick my car up.
Now, I'm pulling away from the dealer and noticed the low washer fluid warning light is still lit on my dash- The 23 point inspection stated my washer fluid was "Full"; the low fluid warning light was on when I pulled in.
So whoever tech "64" is either didn't do one at all or did a partial one. Maybe I'm mistaken, but fluids are a common thing to top off while doing an oil change.
I then scrolled through my menu to check the tire pressure, oil life, etc. The newly installed tire was inflated to 10psi higher than the other three. A tech can't take the time to make certain all four tires are the the same +/-?
My first oil change was supposed to have been free, I was charged $15.95 plus a random $4 and change fee- To top it off, I brought in my own premium synthetic oil too. $20 for a free oil change, yeah.
After all the strikes, I'm beginning to wonder if the tech used the oil I brought in, or kept it for themselves/a buddy and gave me some cheapo stuff. I say this because I had Royal Purple oil. Granted, the dye breaks down shortly after it enters the engine, but I would expect SOME tint to still be there after 10-15 miles of driving and when I checked my oil at work, it had no tint.
To summarize:
-The tech who performed my oil change (if they even did one at all/used the premium oil I brought in) never topped off my washer fluid.
-The tech responsible for my 23 point inspection (if one was actually done at all) stated my washer fluid was full when it wasn't.
-The tech who put the new tire on my car inflated it 10 psi higher than my other three.
-The two girls in the cashier dept charged me for the oil change when the invoice even stated "FIRST FREE".
I'd be more understanding if it were just one of the above issues, mistakes happen. Four foul-ups, everywhere the car went and on the same visit- BIG PROBLEM.
Little to no chance of anyone at this dealership putting their hands on my car ever again.
Just want to express my great satisfaction with the service and vehicle that I have leased from Galeana Dodge ,Chad my service rep was very efficient helpful and knowledgeable and got me into my vehicle in a timely fashion thanks again
I bought my minivan in mid June 2017. Both door seals on the sliding doors needed to be replaced as well as needing the bolt for the center console. I was promised that these would be shipped to me and I would be put in contact with a dealer closer to my house for free repairs on these items. Only after multiple calls, texts, and emails did I finally receive the door seal parts. Unfortunately the bolt for the center console was not included in that package nor were the instructions for which dealership closer to my house I was supposed to take them to. I've have received no reply to the angry email that I sent a week ago. This dealership is not one that you want to deal with!!
Had an extremely poor experience at this dealership. I should have known there would be issues when i found multiple mistakes in the paperwork when purchasing my vehicle. Not only did they try to charge me twice for plates and other fees, they also messed up the warrenty paperwork. Second issues was having to push for a loaner vehicle when i needed seevice (btwon a 1 month old vehicle). To top it off, shortly afterward i found out that i was misled about one of the feature on my vehicle. Spoke with the Manager and was told tuff luck because the oerson who sold me the vehicle no longer works there. During our conversation he said that sometimes sales people lie to sell vehicles. I wish i never spent my money with them, although atleast i found out within a few months of my purchase (just spent another 8k on upgrades, money i would have spent with them). And NowI can share my experience with my network of personal and professional friends.
Wow. Best experience buying a car ever. Great service, great price, great car.
My sales man, (Jeremy) was professional and dedicated to meeting my car buying needs. I unexpectedly got a great deal on a car I actually wanted and for a great price at that. Best car buying experience I ever had. Thank you Jeremy and Mr. Galeana!
Bill Reed is hands down the best salesman I've ever worked with. I am a repeat customer of his and don't plan on going anywhere else. He is honest and upfront about everything. Many other dealership try to pull the bait and switch on you, then try to up charge you on the car. Tell Bill what your looking for and he will get you the best deal without trying to sell you on a more expensive car.
Worked with Chad who was a great and very professional. Told him of a deal on the vehicle I wanted at a further away dealer and if he met it I would by the vehicle from him because his dealership was closer. He went to talk to a manager, his managers response was "yea right" and "tell him he should (expletive) buy it there". Now Chad came back with very fair offer but I told him that I while it was no reflection on him I won't do business with a place who's employees talk about customers they have never met like that. I hope Chad gets a job at a better dealership. Oh by the way the manager made those comments over a $17 difference per month so it wasn't a massive price difference.
