Great food friendly staff, only issue is it's expensive. But it is a very high end restaurant and you get what you pay for!

I called weeks in advance to make reservations for mother's day and was told they were not taking reservations and we would be able to be seated if we just showed up. On Mother's Day I am told they are only seating reservations. Thanks for nothing, will never be back here

NEVER EAT HERE.
MY FRIEND & SISTER GOT BAD FOOD POISONING FROM THIER LOBSTER & SHRIMP.

I was here for a Birthday party & before even walking into the buliding it smelled fishy in the parking lot & the smell got stronger walking in. I got dirty vibes right away. It was gross. It's very crowded in there. Good luck trying to use the bathroom without bumping into people. I ordered a Cesar salad as a starter & it was absolutely disgusting. It tasted like vinegar. The bread was disgustingly greasy & the waiter just threw it on the table in a greasy white bag. The chicken in my food was dry & still had extra stuff like fat on it. Coming here is just asking to waste 30 dollars on disgusting food & to get FOOD POISONING!

Totally disappointed and embarrassed bringing my family of 8 there. The food was awful. We should have left as soon as the greasey bread bag hit the table, but the children were hungry. Had to dig around my plate to find food I could eat. We hoped it would get better, but no such luck.

I couldn’t believe how bad it was. I’d compare them to Red Lobster but Red Lobster would have been an big upgrade A Sunday birthday dinner with our neighbors March 12, 2017 the food was poor at best. The soup was brought to the table cold. I had the perch, I'd compare it a few smelt on a plate. it was not hot just warm, the french fries were like a reheated McDonald's and the quantity was about half of a small size. We have been fans of Kruse & Muer for many years, Chuck Muer's restaurants were the best places to get seafood in the Detroit area for many decades, and this was the only time we had a bad experience but it was terrible. We had a bottle of Pinot complete with a twist off top not to be a snob but it was very disappointing. The service was fare but the food was sub par. It was embarrassing as mentioned we were celebrating a birthday so we wanted things to go smooth. We mentioned the how bad the wine was not one glass was finished they didn’t offer to remove it from the bill. Overall we were four very disappointed customers.

The food was excellent the atmosphere was great. Awesome service.

This is now my second visitand people who know me are aware that I am a stickler for amazing service and mind blowing food.
After trying the crab cakes and amazing rice pilaf and fresh vegetables I must say that I am beyond impressed. It is very hard for a restaurant to meet my expectations but this place exceeded my expectations. With every bite of my crab cake it made me smile because of the fresh amazing taste and wonderful feeling I received with each bite. If you ever come to Michigan make this place and experience top on your list.
