I found the staff at Suburban to be very helpful in assisting me to choose a vehicle that met all of our demands. Most helpful were Alex and Sarah. But even James the driver who picked us up and all of the people in the showroom were extremely helpful. I walked away with a deal that other dealers could not match on a great Ford Escape Platinum. Thanks for being so courteous and knowledgeable about your product line.

Great dealership to work with. Dealing with Antonio V. and Josie V. made it the best car buying experience. There was no gimmicks to get me in the door. Like some others. Honest from the beginning to end. We highly recommend working with them.

With both my husband and I having very demanding jobs and a two year old at home I couldn’t have asked more of our sales associate. Mike handled almost everything so when we did have to go into the dealership the process was quick and enjoyable. He took into account not just our car preferences but saving goals when it came to the monthly payments. I have been buying and leasing fords since I could drive, 15+years, and this was my first time using suburban. If they continue this level of service throughout the lease suburban ford will definitely be the place I go to from now on.

Not only is Suburban Ford an outstanding top notch dealership, other nearby dealerships could learn a few things from Suburban Ford. The entire buying experience was pleasant and hassle free. I had specific requirements for my new vehicle, Suburban Ford located the perfect vehicle and I picked it up just days later. It is one stop shopping: car, financing, plate, and food (oh, and service with loaners too). The financing procedure was painless and fast. How about delivery? Well I will tell you about delivery; the experienced sales person was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained each feature of the new Sync-3 system. I recommend Suburban Ford because of their experienced staff, wide selection, streamlined process, fast delivery, and thorough knowledge.

I bought a car (new to me) from Suburban Ford. I feel I got a fair deal from the staff.
My salesman was Nathan Reese, and he was excellent. He truly went out of his way for me, and helped me find a car I am quite pleased with. Through the whole process with the staff, I was treated well and fairly. From the salesman to the finance people, to the managers who came and checked on me and the process frequently, my experience was exceptional. No one told me “no” at any point, and everyone was helpful, cheerful, and friendly.
I have no complaints at all, I will be coming back, and recommending both Nathan and the dealership. 5 stars.response / report this review -

Had a wonderful experience! Needed a new vehicle ASAP and they had us in and out in an afternoon! Matt was an incredible help, very attentive and got us the best deal we could have hoped for. My kids loved the kid area with the chalk board wall! We got a 2017 Escape and in three years we'll be back for another one for sure. He even gave my kids a pumpkin before we left!

Suburban Ford was awesome in getting me into a new lease. I was very hesitant at first with trying to keep my car payment cheap and they worked with me. I had Michelle working with me to get the right car for me. Everyone I came in contact with at suburban was friendly and awesome. They made you feel comfortable in my car decision. Would highly recommend going here for your next vehicle purchase!

Excellent experience. Nathan Reese didn't sell my daughter a car. He helped her find the car she wanted. He helped select several vehicles, and was very patient as we test-drove each one. He did not give us any type of "used car salesman" pitch, but was very helpful in the decision making process. My only negative was that it took almost 5 hours, but that was definitely not his fault.
I will certainly suggest Suburban Ford to friends looking for used cars!response / report this review -

Our salesman, Joe Franzoni, has always been of tremendous help & professional courtesy while my family & I shop for our cars @ Suburban Ford. He is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & always goes out of his way to make it happen for us. Also, a shout out to Spence, for his kind demonstrations with all the new equipment; he truly helped make it all happen!! And to Cheryl, for her friendly and easy-going ways ~ expertly steering me through all the paperwork, not missing a beat!!
All in all, a great team @ SuburbanI would not dream of going anywhere else!

Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights was well worth the drive from Battle Creek. Everyone there is kind, energetic, and willing to help. My salesperson Flora is amazing, she told me that she would make it worth my while to drive three hours, and she certainly delivered! Flora took the time to show me all of my options and helped me make a great decision. Flora has to be the best sales person I've ever worked with.Flora is classy, kind, and amazing.Sara the finance manager worked an incredible deal for me (I swear she's a magician). Sara has to be one of, if not, the hardest working person at Suburban Ford. I saw lots of smiles from happy customers she had blessed while I was there.Sara is gracious, fun, and like I mentioned magical. I not only left with an awesome new Ford Edge but also, great new friends in Flora,Sara and Tom. You guys rock!!!!!!!!

I leased my brand new F-150 from Suburban and I usually don't fill in surveys but my sales experience was outstanding. Mandy ensured that all of my questions were thoroughly answered and she gave me a better truck at the same price. I was surprised that she spent so much time walking me through the details and since I haven't owned a truck before, it was daunting to see the options. She made the whole process seamless and easy. I cannot say enough about her customer focus. Absolutely look forward to working with her in the future.

I had a wonderful experience. Tammy Penna was awesome and helpful as could be. She knew what I was looking for and what I could afford and combined the two effectively. I am very satisfied with my new lease and car but knew I would be as Tammy has been helping my family for years. She is fantastic and one of most down to earth people I've met. I would recommend anyone to go to her for a new lease or any car purchases.

I have just leased my 3rd vehicle from Suburban Ford and I could not be happier! As soon as you walk in the dealership everyone is so welcoming and eager to help you. Ian is an awesome salesman and he is so helpful with pricing and helping you choose the vehicle that best fits you. I am going from a fusion to an f150 and I love everything about the truck. My family has been leasing here for the past 20 years and I plan to do the same. Deffinitly a happy and satisfied customer! See you in 24 months !

If you are looking for an amazing car shopping experience filled with above and beyond professional advice and an amazing sales person, visit Hillary Adam at Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights.
As a first time buyer, I did what any customer would do, shop the competition. Floating around dealerships made me realize that most sales people just want to sell you any vehicle. That may be true for all but Hillary made the experience very different. She asked many questions to understand exactly what vehicle best fit my needs and was able to keep it all around the details we discussed.
