Ask for Nikki Tolson when you make your appointment. She's young, stylish, very good at knowing what looks best on people, and has an eye for detail. She's done my hair many times and I keep saying it's the best hair I've ever had!

The wait is always outrageous even if you have an appointment which defeats the purpose of even getting one. Other than that, I've always been satisfied with my toes and nails. A little pricey as well.

Nail techs are very rude except for about two or three of them. Very inconsistent with price and extremely slow. Would not recommend. Highly disappointed.

Never again will I give them my money. One time I was in there getting my polish changes and the lady started telling me how my military husband who is leaving for a year for Korea, is more than likely going to cheat on me bc that's what the men do out there?? Went back after giving benefit of the doubt. This time I was left under a burning hot lamp for 20 mins while the guy decided to go outside and smoke a cigarette. So unprofessional and rude. And the most expensive in town.

Not pleased with service at all today. Went in today as a walk in and after a short wait, I was taken back for a pedicure. I waited 20 minutes and during this time two other walk ins came back. As my water continued to get cold, the two who came in AFTER me were waited on. Needless to say, I asked for a towel to dry my cold legs and feet and left.

I was told over the phone when I called beforehand about a mani-pedi package for two for $40 and me and my fiance went in and the pedi and mani were very rushed and the paint job on both my nails n toes look like a 4th grader did them. I was very unhappy them we went to checkout and was charged $85!!!!! No military discounts and not friendly.
