The staff was very friendly and helpful. My son loved the pool area as well as the game room with air hockey. Everything was clean and well maintained. Very good location.

From entering the property until after checking out we felt at home with friends and family. All the service was way beyond excellent. We felt like family coming home. The room was meticulously clean as well as the grounds. The pool was o so wonderfully warm. The bar was fast clean and cheerful. My wife and I felt like we were in heaven. It was the most enjoyable stay we had in decades. The people there are an excellent team devoted to their customers. Wee look forward to returning soon. This was our first stay here. It's close to everything.

Not the best experience at all. The moment we checked in we were hammered with sales approaches even though we are already owners. When we denied going to an owners update due to always being forced to buy more points We were treated differently from the people at concierge desk. The evening staff is sooo much more friendly and professional. Our room wasn't cleaned as promised every 3 days and our balcony was never cleaned even though it was covered with pigeon poo. We rented beach chairs for the week and paid 40$.. Both chairs were broken. We got new ones.. They were broken as well.. Then we were told there were no more.. Super. Still awaiting the promised refund for over a week now.

The Efficiency Suite that we stayed in was very well appointed. If we were staying a week it would have been extremely comfortable for a 200 sq ft space. We didn't use any of the resort amenities but I'm sure they would have been excellent judging from the rest of the hotel.

re clean and the service is tops. Amenities include an outdoor and indoor swimming pool. Game room. Indoor and outdoor hot tubs. On the beach behind Daytona Regency there are plenty of opportunities to take spectacular photographs of birds, and sunrises. The beach itself is well maintained by the Regency. There are also games like Bingo and activities for children.

They keep improving things. Looking good! Waterside. Tiki bar. Steps to the beach. Close to all the action. Activities program. Been here a few times and will definitely return.

"That's pretty much common sense" is the reply I got when asking a few questions. Staff was very rude. Would not recommend to anyone unless you don't like good customer service. They couldn't honor my reservation when I got their at 2 in the morning which left me out of $200 and me finding another hotel. Went to the Hilton and they were wonderful. The Hilton was amazing and will definitely be seeing me again soon.

The rooms are a really nice size. The pool is well kept. The bar staff is friendly and so are the guests. It's a great place for families to go and have fun. They have events for the kids and even treated us mothers to ice cream on mothers day! Great place and would totally suggest staying here to anyone who asks. Ohand the bedsits like sleeping on clouds

I was there for mothers day and was outside by the pool only. The slide was not accessible but the pool area and the bar next tonic was clean and presentable. Beachfront so you can enjoy the waves from the pool.
