Time for a renovation for sure. We are non smokers but had a smoking room at check in even though I had booked more than 6 months in advance. No acknowledgement of being an elite member which was fine but the greeting of you booked on points plus cash, I need a cc was my greeting lol. Parking was good and location is good.

The stay was great. Rooms where clean and all up to date. They had a laundry room where you were able to wash your dirty cloths and they even had grass areas for your dog. Overall i would stay there again

First and last time we have a stay at this La Quinta Complete nightmare and as a disabled veteran didn’t even have a cart to pick up your luggage at the car and take it to your room And being a disabled veteran on the scooter and my wife’s disable on a scooter that made it very hard and then beginning in the front desk they said we don’t have no extra pillowsa motel like that with no extra pillows and then the problem started when we checked in they try to put us in a building with his or people who been smoking and it’s all smoked out and not even a handicap ramp to go up so we went to the front desk and cancel because I had nothing else so meanwhile they credit out my card at $148.00 And then they said we have another room on the other side which is a lot better Is it OK if it’s the same price and they said yes so he goes my credit card for another $148 we get in the room not even within an hour Tolite is coming off Oh it gets better then we find out the to lit will not flush So they came to the room and fix that then if you hours later I want to take a shave I find out the sink is clogged up so now I had to come out and fix that here’s where it gets good I’m ready go to sleep they put young kids on the second floor bouncing up-and-down on the floor and we’re trying to sleep and then you call the office the front desk and they say well their kids it’s not much you can really do so as were checking out the next day another $148 charge on our account so we’re now ready to check out I find out we’re out almost $450 for $148 a day for two days and it took him three days to get our money back on our card so do I recommend this place oh no if you want to nightmare this your place and on top of that our credit card got scam we think it came out of that hotel so to top that off we read another $300 until the bank reversed it for us what a nightmare that’s what I have to say

Building looks dated on the outside. My room was clean. Chunk of carpet was missing in front of the room entrance. Staff very friendly & professional. Orange juice at breakfast was out. Needed more items for breakfast.very limited.

Nice clean room TV was out for 2 days did not offer any credit. Pet friendly. Close to restaurants and shopping,the race track ans the beach 7 miles

We were planning on staying here for our entire vacation and had already booked months in advance. As soon as we walked in our room smelled of cigarette smoke (even though it's a non-smoking room) and it wasn't what we were expecting at all. It's old and a little run down. The toilet didn't work at all and was constantly running, and the waterline was loose and sprayed water when touched. As soon as we got in the room we began looking for other places to stay. The lady at the front desk was very kind to us but had her hands tied. She tried to accommodate us and find a different room the next day, but we didn't want to stay here at all. Unfortunately, because we had already check in, we were charged $130 for one night, but we found a much better place for around the same original price!
I have this place 2 stars, because the lady at the front desk always kind and tried to accommodate us, the beds were fairly comfortable for hotel beds, and the room had a balcony to enjoy.response / report this review -

Located perfectly near a variety of places to visit, kid friendly places. Variety of dining places within walking distance. Employees were very pleasant. Could engage in friendly conversation and laughter. Rooms were comfortable and inviting color palette. We did have a problem with the toilet flushing at one point. But overall I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Nice location near many stores and restaurants. The rooms are nice, the beds are fairly comfortable. Room service is ok. I drink decaf and they didn't replace the coffee packs that was used. Overall it was a nice place to stay for a couple nights.

They put us in a room that was marked non-usable due to the air not working. Maintenance came to let us know they wanted to move us 2 rooms over. So we moved everything to the other room. We walk in, with children with us mind you to a room someone smoked so much weed they had to set up a room deodorizer for more than an hour it was so bad. We went to the beach, came back to the room and our room key wouldn't work. We had to have that fixed. Finally we go to lay down for the night, and find the sheets were NOT CLEAN!!! Suffice it to say I will be contacting THE BBB, having a not very nice conversation with the manager in the morning, and WILL NEVER use this place again.

The room is okay but the tub and shower moldy. No bags available in the pet areas for the weekend and no outside sitting areas other than around pool area. Only hot items on breakfast is coffee/hot water for oatmeal and tea and waffles. Hard boiled eggs were available. Everything was fresh and clean however only available until 9am.

Check in was easy, Stephanie at the front desk was friendly and explained all we needed to know. Parking was a bit full and not as well lit as I'd like. The room was comfortable. The air conditioner was a bit annoying though. It was loud and strong, it woke us up a few times during the night. Breakfast didn't have very many options. We were hoping for more egg options but hard boiled was all there was. Appreciated the waffles as usual though :] Check out and leaving was easy thanks to the hotel's very convenient location.
