We where down stairs in room 130. Some one either had a cat or there was several Human urine incidents. When you walked into the room it was immediately noticable. I checked to see if maybe someone forgot to flush and was surprised when the smell vanished in the bathroom. I also found someone else's hair on the hand towels in the bathroom. Honestly I was there with three kids for one night so I was not trying to leave my room to speak with someone about the room. Trying to keep 3 kids quiet is not an easy feet. Breakfast was a let down for my son who thought they'd have bacon and didnt. The egg and cheese omlet was crusty on the edges and had little to no flavor. You had to make your own waffles which I failed at miserably even with the directions you can't see until you close the waffle maker. For a hot breakfast it was not really worth it. I did let them know about the urine smell at check out and they credited me $39.

Free breakfast in the mornings and rooms are what you would expect for a Fairfield Inn. Good location with plenty of dining options near.

This hotel is very clean and well kept. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is good. Lots of close by eating options. What makes the stay here so good is the staff. They are very helpful and nice. I have enjoyed my time here very much

We had to stay here during a very stressful time, during the hurricane and the staff was amazing. Continental breakfast every morning and free coffee and tea. The rooms were clean and big enough for the 5 of us plus our dog. This place took our horrible situation and made it wonderful.

HORRIBLE customer service. Would recommend you find someone else close by. Old hag manager really got under my skin! Online they had availablity, then drove over 30 minutes to find out that old hag blocked the rooms. Won't be staying with Marriott again!

Not sure the exact location number. I went it to discuss potential job opportunity. The staff was amazingly nice and polite. As was the manager on shift. If I had been a paying customer I know any issues I might have had would have been resolved in a timely manner.

The rooms there are a good size and the hotel room is very clean. The location is close to a lot of food places but few places to shop within walking distance. The breakfast could be better but it is free and there isn't much you can do about that.

The room does not cool well, which is probably the reason why the whole hotel is damp. This is the second time I've stayed here, and the second time the entire carpet has been moist. As for the strange, reddish-brown stain on the sheet, I have no explanation. Wi-fi works. Small miracles.
Also, their mini-store in the lobby only serves Pepsi products. Unacceptable.response / report this review -

Rooms and service were great. The location will be pretty decent once all the construction around it is completed, but at the moment it is quite an eyesore and an inconvenience at times do the construction traffic. If needing to stay in the area I would still highly recommend it compared to the other choices in the area.
