It is an older motel, but it is clean and well-kept. The staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. It is right on the beach and close to the boardwalk, so it is in a very nice location.

This hotel was nice the rooms was great and I love that it's on the beach. Nice views. The hall ways have a little oder but nothing some air freshener can't fix.

I purchased a package for a stay in Orlando and a 2 night stay in Daytona from Resort Tours and Accommodations. Imagine my surprise to find the Orlando resort was wonderful then to drive to Daytona to the Oceanside Inn. There are only 2 nice things I can say about Oceanside Inn. 1. The staff, what there were, was nice. 2. We were on the beach. There was a live cockroach in the bed, the room was dirty, and it smelled bad. We relocated to another room only to find the same sans cockroach along with run down/broken furniture. The hotel is located in a less than desirable area on the A1A. For a few dollars more I could have stayed at the Hilton. Oceanside cost 40.00 for taxes, resort fees, and something called tourism fee. Shame on Resort Tours and Accommodations. This was deceitful and false.

Staff was nice and rooms were very affordable. We stayed in a king beach view room and it was equipped with some very convenient additions such as cutting boards and knives, silverware, glassware and a DVD player. Although we didn't use any of their DVDs they had a decent selection of movies to choose from with no additional charges I believe.
The hotel was still recovering from damages from hurricane irma and the pool wasn't open but it all seems like a beautiful set up when it's not under repair.
The room was spacious, but their was a really bad smell from the blanket we used that smelled like it wasn't clean at all. The furniture and room seems worn down and in need of some remodeling. The bed was VERY firm. Over all we had a good experience there and would stay there again (maybe after they have time to fix up their hurricane damages and such) they have beach access with a shower to clean up and although they were closed when we walked through they look as if they offer in house food and a bar as well.response / report this review -

NEGATIVE
The roof of the entrance looked like it was about to fall on top of you.
The hotel smelt like there were dogs running around.
The elevators had cardboard in it, needs to be serviced.
The hallways were dark and dingy
The carpet was old and dirty
The ac in the room was loud and did not maintain an average temp.
The tv had no sound
The phone in the room did not work
Breakfast was toast and coffee
The lobby had a dirty smell
The toilet or bathtub had a leak

Location was nice since I was so upset of the quality of the hotel I went for a walk.
This hotel needs to be closed for renovation. This is not up to standard or quality for people to be paying to stay regardless of how " affordable" it is. There should be a general level of cleanliness.
I will never stay here again.

I would give it 0 stars if possible. Just came back from there and noticed these funny little bumps on my knee and butt. Googled heat rash, allergic reactions, nothing fit. Googled BED BUG BITES, and what do you know, we have a winner.
Not to mention there were three people staying in the room including me, and when we asked for another fork in the room (because there were only two forks in the silverware drawer but 9 spoons, go figure), it took asking housekeeping twice, and even going down to the front desk, and we still didn't get a fork. We literally had to order from a local pizza place for delivery when we FINALLY GOT ANOTHER FORK.
Not to mention, yes to what others have said; smells like mildew and pee, the couch was absolutely disgusting (God only knows when the throw pillows on said couch were washed), not nearly enough electrical outlets for even two people, and just an overall terrible experience.
Never again. Never ever again. I would rather sleep in a cardboard box behind McDonalds.response / report this review -

Stayed here 8 days, 7 nights. We enjoyed our stay here. Staff was friendly and catered to our needs. Seems like there is so much potential to the facility; not being used to full capabilities. The security guy held the place down very well at night. Sent the losers packing. I would consider staying here again on a future trip to DB Florida.

Absolutely fantastic! Love all the securiy measures taken - gated, fobs to access garage, pool area, building etc, security guards overseeing the pool, gate to garage and other areas. We have 3 small children so this was so important to us. The security guards were all very polite, always greeted us with smiling faces, but made sure rules were followed and property was respected. The rules were a bit stricter or rather particular than we've experienced at other places but are also part of what keeps it so well maintained, and peaceful. All the other owners and vacationers were respectful and quiet, and our unit was fabulous! Very nice and clean. The balconies and views we're great! Do wish it we're farther south, a bit too close to the boardwalk for my taste but otherwise was great! Highly recommend!

I had a beautiful time at this hotel because the hotel is right on the beach and I had an ocean front room with a wall of windows facing the gorgeous ocean. The room was huge and had a living room, table, microwave and fridge. The hotel is old and furnished as such. The carpets are worn, the decor and furniture is very old(like the 70s) the whole place needs a remodel. But honestly it was fine and very enjoyable. Nice to have a laundry room with wet clothes/suits from the beach. Breakfast should not be considered breakfast at all. It is cereal in tiny bowls. Always had pool towels. Some of the staff are friendly and helpful, some shouldn't be in the service industry.

Hotel was easy to find. Great parking. Friendly employees. Great location. My fiance and I had a room on the beach side but we were still able to see the beach. Room was clean, bed was comfortable & they had the basic amenities such as microwave & fridge. Everything was in either walking or driving distance. The only problem is that you can hear your neighbors in the next room. Other than that, we would come here again.

Rooms were clean. Check-in was simple. Beach was not crowded and clean as well. Only complaint is that the walls between our room are like paperthin and you could here everything from adjacent rooms. Overall nice stay, just very very noisy at night

Room was clean. Beautiful oceanfront view. Decent pool. Walls seemed a little thincould hear neighbors at times & definitely could hear people outside at the tiki bar for many hours overnight. Had an enjoyable stay!

Great location. We had an ocean view room and we could technically view the ocean from the room. Clean enough. Helpful service, but the room was a bit dingy.

Nice staff. Old and cheap feel you the room. Only purpose of the hotel is to give people a cheap place to stay while at the beach. Best perks are the view which looks down the beach and the back gate that takes you right onto the beach.
