Stayed here two nights. First night was fine but the second night I was woken up at 3 am from about 20 college/high school aged kids yelling and talking in the hallway. My husband and I both asked kindly if they could take their conversations inside their rooms, which they did not. I called to complain to the front desk and they did nothing. I called for a manager but there was no manager on site to control the party in the hallway. The manager did refund one night but they did nothing to control the party. The only reason they are getting two stars is that they refunded the night. The party went on until 530. Do not stay here unless you don’t want to have a full night of sleep.

For a motel, it was great. Continental breakfast with a good variety of food to choose from. Clean. Friendly staff.

Clean and spacious staterooms and bathrooms. Service was adequate. Hotel is well located in Newburgh with a great view of the Hudson River from the balcony and many of the front facing staterooms.

Nice hotel. Comfortable beds. Clean. Friendly staff. Nice amenities. Towels a bit thin and scratchy, but that's our only complaint.

MOLD; Hotel looks very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Carpet, paint, wallpaper, bed linens look new and fresh. Walked in my room and instantly hit by a strong MOLD odor. Top floor has drop ceiling tiles, I propped one open and MOLD, MOLD, MOLD it appears as if they recently had a remodel but instead of fixing the problems they covered it up with wallpaper severely disappointed

Great experience at this Day's Inn. Seems like a very good value, for the price of the room there was an included continental breakfast with many choices, fitness room, and pool. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The curtains completely darkened the room in the morning so I slept very well. When I made the reservation, the staff was very accommodating. Overall very satisfied with the experience, it was everything I expected from a hotel stay

My room was clean, well maintained, and the bed quite comfortable. Quiet with fast internet service.

My passport card fell out of a pocket and was left in the room. The manager took the effort to find my home phone number (not listed on the card) and to call to report the find, and mailed it to my next destination with no charge! Simple neighborly consideration, but sadly not always encountered these days. Much appreciated.

Nice facilities, decent breakfast. I usually stay here when I visit the area. This last trip the shower handle was beoken an the three people in the room weren't able to take showers. I informed the front desk at checkout and I was told that I should have told them the night before. I told them that we didn't know the night before, we discovered the problem that morning. I asked if there would be any compensation and I was told that it would be up to the manager. Well it's been 3 weeks and I've heard nothing from Days Inn.

Once you miss the driveway, you need to make a huge circle. But the location is convenient. It's super close to food and a Walmart. Grabbing a bite was easy and stress-free. The receptionist who checked us in was laid back and very easygoing. When we asked him for restaurant suggestions, he was happy to help with plenty of locations that were close to the hotel. They play music in the lobby so it's nice and welcoming. They give free breakfast, which provides a variety of cereal to oatmeal, bagels, muffins, make-your-own waffle, eggs, and drinks from juice to coffee. It's convenient but there's limited seating. Eggs are cold and be careful when heating. They pop and make a mess in the microwave.

Our room was nice and clean. We had a king-sized bed which was huge and spacious. The bathroom was an average size. Clean towels and linens. No complaints.
