Arrived for late check in and found out my reserved room was not available. The only room was a smoking double for me and my son and his friend. We tried to sleep in that room but it was filthy and the worst smelling room I had ever been in. We requested another room so we could get some sleep. It was a single and I had to sleep on the floor. Then we were still charged the price of the double and was told there was nothing that could be done about it, except for calling the manager. I tried to reach her on many occasions and did not receive a call back. The young man working the front desk did not follow through on any of his promises. Then the next morning we heard many of the same complaints with our teammates' families. A horrible experience.

Would not stay here again. The entire hotel had a strong odor. The staff was not friendly. The room was not clean and there were stains on the pull out mattress and sheets.

I stayed for Thanksgiving and black Friday. I gotta say that the hotel wasn't all too bad at all: property was off the interstate (84), the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The place looked like it aged, but what matters is that I got a good night's sleep.

My husband & I booked a 3 day stay at the Ramada at Fishkill for a social event . When we went to our room the key would not work and there was a do not disturb sign on the door. My husband went back to the front desk and the manager assured my husband that no one was in the room . So we went back to the room and opened the door only to find that the beds were not made and there were used condoms on the bed , on the dresser and on the night stand . Disgusting needless to say. When we went back to the front desk we found no manager he left for the night! The next manager came 10 minutes later and she was very nice. She gave us a new room which she personally inspected but sorry to say the experience tainted our stay.

To be honest I only was there for the day for work, but I would save a bit more and stay else where. Just didn't like the vibe or the cleanliness.

One of the worst stays I have experienced, when my group arrived, we were 2 rooms short of the reserved amount. The room that was given to my roommate and I was a smoking room even though we requested non-smoking. In fact, we found out shortly after arrival, the room that was given to us was switched from another person who couldn't handle the smell. The room was not cleaned before being given to us as there were used towels and toiletries in the bathroom. On top of this, they would not switch us saying they only had smoking rooms remaining. In addition to our groups issues, one of the staff was extremely rude to other guests at the main desk. Overall, I would not recommend here to anyone in the future even if this was just a fluke.

Rooms are clean, pool area is relaxing and hot breakfast available but housekeeping is ratchet ghetto or don't speak English and lots of guests party outside at an intolerable volume at an inconsiderate time with no staff or police to reprimand. Comfy to stay a weekend max. It's decent at most

Solid hotel to stay overnight. Rooms were clean, although hallway had a musty smell. Outdoor pool was cool. Staff was extremely nice. Free hot breakfast was very good. Definitely would stay again if I'm in Fishkill. Mexican restaurant nearby was delicious!

If I could give a negative review I would, let me start by saying ran out of towels asked the laundry attendant he told me no, laundry was backed up, I then went back to my room to call the front desk, and the phone in the room did not work, I decided to call from my cell and no one answered, I then went down and I waited at least 10 min for someone to arrive. I noticed the carpet had stains and the room smelled.The whole entire hotel needs to be renovated, it is totally outdated. If I was anyone I would pay a little extra and stay in a nicer place. Definitely stay away.

I see a lot of posts about the age and condition of this hotel. Yes, it is an older hotel it has been there for as long as I can remember and the only place I saw that it negatively showed it's age was the older elevator, my room was comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly and there was plenty of parking.

I stayed there last night because I drive a coach bus and was out of service hours and had to stop driving. And was very pleased that their lot could easily accommodate my bus and several other trucks that were there.

The only place where they lost points (3 stars instead of 5) was that I booked the room knowing I would not get there until 5am and they considered that a no show and I lost that money and had to book for a 2nd night at additional cost, meanwhile I was there a total of only 10 hours. Obviously they had the vacancy and could have accommodated the situation better. I understand if they were fully booked and had to turn away guests but that was clearly not the case here as the lot was mostly empty when I arrived.

Booked a block of hotel rooms for after my wedding. Multiple complaints of showers not working, no towels in rooms and horrible breakfast. The girl at the front desk was very nice though and if it wasnt for her I would have called corporate to complain. My room at least had towels, but the water kept getting scalding hot and than going back to normal.

Nastiest hotel I ever stay. Never again!! I had spiders crawling up the wall. Had my room sprayed and more insects came crawling out. Dust was every where. Curtians were black instead of white. Drapes were dirty, washcloths and towels were not white. no microwave or fridge in our room. smell like smoke in the hall ways.
Ramada in fishkill needs to be demolish point blank.The only thing good about them is the huge halls for parties and conference.
Not worth the money even if it was $5 per night.
Breakfast was the same thing over and over. Eggs sausage and burnt fried potatoes. Coffee was cold.you have to ask to heat it up.
I had to have breakfast with a 🐕 in the eating area. I love animals but to eat in a restaurant like setting with one was not my cup of tea . no one said nothing about that. Breakfast workers just stand around on they phone and act as if they don't see you. Horrible ass service period!!!
We were standing at the breakfast bar getting food and my 5yr old said mommy it stinks. It smell like stagnant water. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
