Great service both at the desk and at the Bistro. Very comfortable feel. Was extremely happy with cleanliness of room. Wish the Gym had a bit more equipment.

Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. The gentleman who was working the check in desk was very friendly and helpful, he seemed to genuinely enjoy working there.

Clean, nice, good location. What you would expect from a Marriott. Wish they had complimentary breakfast though. That's why I have it 4 stars.

Probably the best hotel I've been in, along with Hampton. Rooms are nicely sized, Breakfast is very good, along with not much time for cooking, being less than 10 minutes for a family of three (Mother/Grandmother, Father/Grandfather, daughter/son) to get to the table at once. Great experience overall.

Clean and roomy accommodations. Nice and quiet area but close to all kinds of shopping. Downsides? Would have liked a microwave in the room and the "market" is very overpriced but we still enjoyed our stay,

Rude, incompetent staff. Royally screwed up our reservations for a wedding weekend. Blamed us for the screw up (we had printed reservations that proved otherwise).

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night. The hotel was comfortable and clean; however, the front desk staff who checked us in were not helpful or responsive when I asked if a AAA discount was available for our stay. They didn't give a reason why it wasn't available and continued to charge full price. We paid over $350 for one night in a standard room which I found was not a good value for the room or location. I was surprised to learn we even needed to buy our own coffee at the hotel in the morning, neither a continental breakfast or coffee are provided for guests. I would recommend staying elsewhere in Kingston.

I stay here once a week for work. Great, friendly service at the front desk and clean rooms. Pool, hot tub, and small gym are all in good condition and are nice perks to have.

Hotel's fine. Didn't like that there's not so much as a free cup of coffee in the morning, much less breakfast. Fine for one night on your way somewhere else.
