I stopped here during Hurricane Irma (October 11, 2017) to see if I could use the bathroom because we were stuck in our vehicle. Our house was flooding so we had to evacuate. The guy working was kinda of put offish. Some people we're checking out when I finished. One gentleman was just finishing off the coffee that was there. I asked the clerk if he had any more or if he could make some for my husband and I. He told me he couldn't because they stop making coffee at 11:00, it was 11:30. This was upsetting. I asked if he had any rooms available and he said the motel was full. I asked about the rooms that the people just left, he said that he couldn't because they were not clean. At this point I could of cared less if they were cleaned. I just wanted out of the truck and to feel safe somewhere. He said we could try back after 3:00 but he didn't think they would be done because none of the cleaning staff showed up for work. I understand the need for rules but this was an evacuation. It was a very stressful time and he showed no compassion. I would have done everything I possibly could to help if I was the representative of your company. Very disappointed.

This was a great 1 night stay. However, the bed was very firm and I could not have slept on it more than one night. Everything was very clean. The free breakfast was good. We did not swim, but the pool looked nice and clean. The building is older, but they have done some upgrades. We would stay here again.

The location was perfect as it was right off the interstate. The folks at the desk were very accommodating, we had a large group. The breakfast was ok. When we came down around 8am there wasn't much of anything and had to go ask someone to refill eggs, muffins, and a few other things. The room was dated but expected for location and price. However, there were some rooms being renovated. So if you book, ask for one of those. Over all, it was a good experience and would probably stay again.

Great little hotel. I wish we were staying longer. Cheap. Pet and kid friendly. Clean. Plenty of space to spread out. Water pressure is amazing and heats up so quickly. Breakfast is simple and yummy with waffles!! We didn't have a chance to use the pool, but it looked spacious and fun. Wifi actually works. Friendly helpful staff. Crystal and Todd and Ben were so helpful.

For a basic room right off the freeway this is a great deal. What makes it even better is the staff members positive and accommodating attitude. Ben, manager at the front desk goes above and beyond to assist you with all of your questions and concerns. The housekeepers are attentive to details. The beds are pretty comfortable also. I would stay here again.

Our stay was overall pleasant. All staff we encountered were friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was clean and we'll supplied. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool for a while also. Management keeps the pool open past the time posted, as long as no problems arise.

The staff was pleasant and accommodating, but after that it all went down hill. We rented two rooms next to each other. I'm not sure where to begin, both rooms smelled like carpet fresh had been sprinklers all over before every vacuum, the odor was horrible and the windows don't open so you cant get relief from it. The headboards, made of vinyl had tears in them, the rug was sticky, I did not take my flip flops off because it was so gross, there was a full size refrigerator (inside was clean and working) outside was rusting, dented and gross looking.T he rug had many cigarette burns on it, so obviously it was at one point a smoking room. I took pictures it was so nasty. They also had a hot breakfast; dried up eggs, the oatmeal was okay. No wonder the had openings. It really looked like it was used for lots of parties in days gone by.

It was good for what our family needed. The bathroom was a little small but good. It's really close to good restaurants. It's about 20 minutes away from the beach.

We were there for just one night, but had a pleasant night. We stayed in a room with 2 double beds and a pullout couch. Our family is large, so we needed all the space. The hotel is a little old, but everything works well. In the morning there was a nice breakfast included with waffles, eggs, oatmeal, toast, and more

Wifi doesn't work very well but the beds are comfortable and clean. My room was fine but a friend found a roach in hers. The water smells kind of weird too.

had the best experience here, all staff is polite and hard working. they try to accommodate each guest as desired. always there to help.! I would definitely say I appreciate them for making my stay great. rooms were clean, and all non smoking. didn't have a bad smell. I would recommend it.
