Great hotel! The beds were extremely comfortable and the direct tv offered endless channels, much better than your typical hotel tv. The hot water took a while in the shower, but it did come through eventually. The breakfast was delicious and 24/7 coffee & cookies is a great bonus. The pool and hot tub area looked amazing but as its November we did not partake. Everyone is super sweet and accommodating!!

This is the absolute *****Best****** Best Western ever. Hotel did a remodel approximately a year ago; was told. The lobby and breakfast area is so cool you wouldn't believe it. The room was very nice. The bathroom was simply marvelous. They have an agreement with "The Club" an local gymThe best. Could use better lighting where the fancy rooms are.

OVERALL A GOOD SUBSTITUTE, FOR THE RESORT WHERE WE WERE SCHEDULED. ROOMS WERE TIGHT WITH FURNITURE, BUT CLEAN WITH COMFORTABLE BEDS. WE USED THE SMALL FRIGE IN THE ROOM AND WERE ALSO ABLE TO HEAT ANY ITEMS AFTER HOURS IN THE MICROWAVE. BREAKFAST PERSON WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND FRIENDLY.

The hotel has recently been renovated, and the decor and lighting are phenomenal. Only about 2 miles from the beach, and a very economical bike rental store. Everything is new, and very nice. We will stay here in the future, hopefully many times.

We were totally impressed by this hotel! It was all new and updated the rooms were absolutely beautiful, as well as the rest of the hotel. The bathrooms were very nice! Very modern . The front desk/breakfast/lobby were also beautifully done. The pool and jacuzzi appeared new as well! The hotel is centrally located - 5 min drive to the beach, walk to stores. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The king 1 bedroom suite was huge! We would without a doubt, stay here again! Kudos to BW Plus!

My wife and I loved this hotel on St. Simons. It is in a very quiet area with beautiful live oaks all around. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the breakfast was awesome both mornings. The hotel looks to have been newly renovated and was super clean and nice. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful spot. Stayed here and got 3 rooms with my family and all of us were impressed. The pool and patio area is perfect and we loved it. Breakfast attendant was wonderful and did such a great job keeping it stocked and clean. Housekeepers are very attentive to their jobs and it shows. The rooms were great. Front desk was knowledgeable and helpful. They were very presentable and very nice.

The hotel had so much potential. The decor is adorable, the location is great and the privacy is nice. However, everything was disgusting. In desperate need of an entire new cleaning crew for the rooms and grounds. The pool and hot tub didn't even appear to get cleaned in 4 days and there were never any towels. Rooms weren't cleaned good or vacuumed. Stairwells and elevators stayed full of trash and stunk awful. Nothing looked like it was ever wiped down or really cleaned. Ruined our trip. :(

Now called Best Western Plus. Recently completely remodeled. Rooms and lobby area and pool are very nice. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Rooms were not ready for some in our group at check inn time and housekeeping did not get around to cleaning our room the second day of our stay nor bring clean towels as requested. The staff overall were nice and apologetic but my feeling is that their housekeeping staff is not adequate for the size of the hotel.

Loved this motel. Clean rooms, clean breakfast area. Nice choice at breakfast. Rooms are not as spacious as many of the new motel buildings but perfectly fine for a small family. The hot tub was an awesome bonus during our January stay. Staff was friendly and inviting.

Very nice rooms and the pool area is lovely. The rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished. The ramp is not easily accessible. I never saw it. Once clerk told us it was back by the pool. We could not find it on check-in. The staff had to get our luggage rack up some steps so we could take it to the elevator to get to the second floor. Staff was very understanding and helpful.

We made our reservations online with no clue if the place was good. This place went well over and beyond our expectations. Continental Breakfast was amazing every morning. Everything was clean. Staff in all areas were friendly and knew their stuff. It was amazing that it was January and the pool was open. It was nice to be able to go for a swim. Also enjoyed the hot tub. We took advantage of the work out area (going to The Club). Every detail was well over what we expected.
We were in Saint Simons Island so my son could go for a college interview. He was able to relax and be ready for the interview.

A newly renovated facility, it was very convenient to all areas of St. Simons and absolutely beautiful. The pool and gazebo were wonderful. The employees were outstanding and friendly. Like being at home. Wonderful people there! Definitely NOT like the Best Westerns of several years ago.
