A find. Nice beach view in an uncrowded locale. Lovely, spacious, clean rooms.

Beds are nice but not all of the lights in the room worked. And the AC unit said 65 but the actual temp was closer to 75. Toilet paper holder kept breaking & the fire alarm began to have a bad battery in the middle of the night & wouldn't stop beeping. Took them all day to come fix it. No private balcony like it led you to believe in the description. No guest info in the rooms about channels or places to eat or etc. Not the worst place I've stayed but not the best either.

Place needs renovations bad.. No vents near hot tub or bathroom which makes it super hot when in use..Stains all over the walls etc.. The owner needs to invest really bad your place is a dump

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and we loved it. The room had and amazing view of the grounds and the ocean. It was spacious, as well as clean. The jetted tub was amazing and the bed was nice and plush with several extra pillows. We appreciated the staff who were very friendly and upbeat and the best part of all, is it was quiet. We can't wait to stay here again!

The view from out room to the beach was great! However our room was not very clean, the balcony had a sprite can with old cigarette butts in it, we had 3people staying in the room we were left with one wash cloth and two towels when we asked for more they gave us bath mats and hand towels. Not to mention the door handle had blue painters tape around it were the door was just painted. Our air unit did not work very well. I would not recommend this place, the pictures on the website look nothing like the place, hot tube was out of service as well, we did however look at the Holiday Inn resort next door looks FANTASTIC!

Amazing ocean and dune views. Newly painted with all new 60" Samsung TVs as well as brand new mattresses. Beds literally arrived during my visit so sleep is wonderful. I will for sure be a returning guest. If you want cozy and quiet then the Beachview Club is where you want to be.

This place was filthy. We had a nice view but that's it. Coffee was still in the pot from previous guests. Hair ball on the drain the size of a small animal. Picture missing from wall with a huge glue spot behind it. Mirrors looked like they hadn't been wiped clean in months. Only stayed cuz we pulled in late ( were on our way to florida from cleveland and already drove 15 hours) and had no where else to go cuz of a golf torment on the island. Told the front desk and the only response was 'sorry about that'.

Room was very dirty, cob web in the ceilings. Bathtub has mold spots everywhere. Bed sheets had washed out stains and bed was a bit dirty. Critters, especially 2 moth inside room. No breakfast or discount with adjacent restaurant.

Not that anyone truly cares but I have been staying at this Hotel since I was a teenager. I am now 35. It has changed owners and is in piss poor condition.To start our room looked like something out of a seventies movie. The room was dirty and the shower did not function properly. Pool was dirty and hot tub was out of service. It's nothing against the people running the place they were mostly friendly. If you can get your rate down to 40 dollars a night it may be worth staying here. It saddens me that it has become so run down. It may have one the most beautiful lots but needs much improvement.

Two weeks ago we stayed in room 206 and it was OK. The ice machine was broken and we had to walk up front and upstairs for ice. This time, two weeks later, ice machine is still broken, room 209 has a mini-mini fridge with no freezer section, a shower with no hot water and no pressure, and a toilet that wobbles when you sit down. The roach crawling on my foot while I was in the shower was the final straw. This is our final stay here, updating the rooms is putting a band-aid on a huge issue.
