Very comfortable hotel. Friendly staff that go out of their way to assist you.
Clean and neat place. Close to the highway (i95). Plenty of options for food and drinks (and shops)
The hotel was clean, but the staff was less than apologetic when the fire alarm went off at 2 am for an extended period of time. They shrugged it off and said "we are working on that".
OUTSTANDING Customer Service from the time I checked in on Friday until checkout on SundayStaff from Front Desk to Housekeeping was courtesy, pleasant and friendly, they really made you feel welcomedroom, bar/restaurant area, lobby lounge and pool area were all very cleanif staying in Brunswick Area, this is the MUST place to stay, I highly recommend staying here and KUDOS again to the professional and friendly staff!!!
We loved it. Super clean, updated, spacious room. Great service. Our kids loved the pool and it's open all night!
Stay here often on business. I only stay in Marriott properties and of the two in town (this or Fairfield Inn) this is the "nicer" of the two. It's not nearly as nice as many other Courtyard properties I've stayed in. Hotel staff is okay but not impressive. They don't put any effort into ensuring that their platinum level guests basic requests are met. I always list a note on my reservation regarding room floor/location preference. It's always ignored. Checked in tonight (8/8/17) and I'm actually in the worse case room scenario for meI'm nearest to I-95. I sleep lightly and don't suspect I'll be getting any sleep tonight as it sounds like semi trucks are driving through my room. They don't have any rooms to move me to, per the desk clerk. God I wish Marriott would build another property in Brunswick so I can abandon this place altogether! Ugh!
Awesome staff. Neal at the front desk is so energetic and nice. Rene in the Bistro is just a sweetie. Nice experience.
This hotel was conveniently located near I-95. We checked in a little after 8 and was greeted buy super nice desk clerk. I can't remember his name he was a younger guy and he was fantastic. The room is very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
Just completed my 2 week stay here and I must say it was a great experience. Rooms were clean, grounds were clean, and staff was very friendly and accomodating. I was staying with a group of 27 for a training class at the FLETC training center in Brunswick. One night they allowed us to use the gas grill and even cleaned it up and changed the old gas tank out for us. My room was cleaned and restocked with fresh towels and supplies every day. Everyone was very friendly right down to the janitorial staff who would always say hello in passing. Every day when we walked in after class a desk worker greeted us with a friendly hello. The bartending/waitress staff were also very friendly and served up drinks and food rather quickly. All in all it was a great experience to feel like home away from home at this hotel. Keep up the great work!
Great location right off of I-95. Beautiful clean accommodations. Friendly staff. We will definitely stay there again next time we drive down to Florida.
Nice rooms with new carpet. I like being able to control temp. from wall unit. Didn't like only one person per room can have complementary-breakfast. Please change this regulation so at least 4 family members enjoy breakfast together after paying for the room.
Somewhat mixed feelings Room 224 is where my family and I stayed. My main qualms (cons): a cracked mirror. A barely functioning refrigerator. A bad view of the filthy roof w/ lots of dirt and lots of nails a creaky celling above us. Dirty shower head. Shower in 224 also pelts you with lots of relentless water. TV graphics are a tad grainy. Sign on back of room door was half broken. Room also feels a pointless empty closet for whatever reason HOWEVER, the hotel DOES get a passing grade B/C I can tell it is the visitors fault, and the location is very, very nice, with an efficient and very staff. Pros: Comfy bed (as always), nice design of room, great hotel design, awesome location, great staff. Listen, not expecting perfection, but PLEASE fix room 224 up. Other than that, this is a greatly designed and located hotel with an unmaintained room. Avoid room 224, but not this hotel.
During Hurricane Matthew this hotel was an exceptional experience. We were there for 3-days and even though we lost power, the overall experience as as good as it gets under the circumstances.
Very well run and organized. Outstanding customer service, food quality excellent. A+ Thank you
