Room was pretty nice, I woke up early, decided to leave a little later, so I hung the do not disturb sign out, took a shower, walked out into the main area, answered a phone call, and I hear housekeeping and the door starts to open till it hit the stopper, I'm looking straight at the guy while I'm completely naked and he laughs and shuts the door, I yell out how stupid can you be you idiot, the sign is on the door, he precedes to yell back at me to come outside, he will fix me. Lol.
So I opened the door ,ripped the sign off the handle , stuck it in his face and said ,See this,
He said see, it's not on the door handle. Waiting on a call from the management.response / report this review -

I visited the super 8 on exit 29 last night. Me and my wife are traveling from Seattle Washington heading to Miami Fla for Labor day. We've been on the road for 4 days and have visited several motels which were all good and normal, I mean no complaints. But the reason why this one stood out was because of the outstanding job their front desk clerk Michael did to make us feel comfortable. Our room sucked and wreaked something awful. We were about to leave, but the reason we didn't was because of the demeanor of this young man. He carried himself like he belonged at a 5 star resort. Not this rundown version of the Baits Motel. I just wanted to give 5 stars the great job he did. Kudos to u Michael.

Jasmine at the front desk is wonderfully helpful with local information and just a sweetheart. The room was nicer than most in this price range and quite spacious. Was one of the best non-reservation experiences we have had.

Brunswick/south Location was inexcusable. I will never stay there again or recommend it. We booked two rooms a month in advance, and I still could not get a handicap access room like I needed. We were staying for two days. When we got there the AC had already been turned on. And it was terrible hot. After an hour the room still wasn't cooling down and we called and they said we'd just have to wait it would cool down. Sowe waited till after dark..and our room was still so hot I was getting physically sick. Not to mention we had two kids with us. Finally we called back and told them it was still not working and someone came down. All he did was stand there and look at it and feel the vent. That was it. He said he could not move us because they were all booked up. But he could bring me a desk fan. I personally don't know how they were booked up because they were lots of rooms that appeared to be empty to me. But anyways..I said a fan would help. So anyways.. four hours later I still had not gotten my fan!! So I called back and asked and the guy said he didn't know anything about it but he'd bring me a fan. When he brought it to me the fan didn't even work!!! We took the fan back and he said he'd have to call someone else and he'd let us know somethingwell I guess you know we never heard back from them. My husband had to go and PURCHASE a fan because I was getting sick from the heat. Oh they said they could move us the next day. but it would be that afternoon. So yeah. In the meantime we had to just sweat it out. If they had've tried to help us some..or even seemed concernedor even offered to discount our rooms.somethingthen I wouldn't be leaving this review. I don't believe in leaving bad reviews when they companies try to help correct the situation. But this particular location didn't seem to care. Which is a shame cause we are planning on going back to this area alot and we would've been giving them our business each time had this not occurred. But hey. If the AC is not a concern then it's a ok room . The bathroom was very very small .

Everyone was nice except the lady Thursday night. June 13 2017. The lady was very rude not business like at all and dont need to have the job she has. People like her ruin the reputation for the whole company. Other than her the stay was very relaxing and met several nice people. The kids enjoyed the pool playing outside. The room & bathroom was very clean and had no issues with that. I stayed in room 108 and the lady in the office was ridiculous. She won't even tell us her name. I will be speaking with the owner she is just very and I mean very rude.

Easy in, easy out. Great stop for my husband and me. We booked through Wyndam Rewards a couple weeks prior to our trip and got a great rate. We'd definitely do it again! Front desk staff were polite and professional. Thanks.

We were looking for a place to sleep, pulled up to the Super 8 and it looked extremely sketchy due to caution tape across the front and two windows (first and second floor) recently replaced. I know what you are thinking. Renovations right? No, it was obviously not renovations, looked like structural damage, as if someone tamed their car into the building. I may be wrong, though. Didn't actually stay there, wife was creeped out.

OK for a lay over. We were tired and needed to stop after 700 miles of rain. Room was a little musty but the bed was comfortable. Not my favorite but we were rested and ready to go in the am.

When I booked online it said, "Private balcony," really its a dirty little motel with dirty carpets and hobos camped out back by the dumpsters. The breakfast was gross, front desk was okay, amenities were awful We stayed two days and they didn't bring us towels or turn down service. There were crackheads slamming doors all hours of the night and despite being "pet friendly" online they changed our room from a single king to two doubles because, "that's where they put people with dogs." Awful experience. Dirty parking lot.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The staff were exceptional, everyone went above and beyond to be friendly. The rooms were newly renovated and cleaned nicely. They were cleaning a different part of the hotel each day -- AC Units, Powerwashing the side walks, the pool, everything was good -- and they even have a nice breakfast which is not usual for a motel like this. It was very nice and very affordable. THANK YOU TO THIS PLACE FOR MAKING MY VACATION WONDERFUL!!!!!
