Good front desk service nice breakfast, room clean but smelled no good.

A musty, stale room, lukewarm gravy and eggs for breakfast.. Unexceptable. For a hotel that has a rate of $129 a night, this was an absolute disappointment. Did I mention that the housekeeper had her pack of Newport Cigarettes resting on clean guest sheets. Never will I stay there again nor recommend it. I understand the hotel needs updates, but it’s current operations are unexceptable. It felt like a 1-2 hotel with a 3-4 star price tag. This property does not feel nor operate like than other Hampton Inn that I have stayed at.

Quick easy check in and we didn't even have a reservation. The room was very clean, and the shower water pressure was great. I would definitely stay here again when paying through.

One day after the hurricane we could not stay with our small dog! That's BS! We have been Hilton Honors holders for a decade but used their hotels long before that. They should make exceptions in time of great need. Just glad we had a big enough car to sleep in their parking lot. Glad they didn't kick us out of there!

Staff at the front desk was, somewhat helpful yet they were overwhelmed with other phone calls and potential customers in front of me. The rooms are outdated and are badly in need of a remodeling but if you have been on the road driving all day and need a hot shower and a decent bed this will do. This will do.

Good clean and convenient hotel. Lost a star because breakfast was lacking. Juice machine only had O.J. even though apple juice is shown as an option. Regular coffee was out, although Robust Blend was pretty good. The hot options - eggs and potatoes - were too salty.

Solid Hampton Inn. Nice amenities, helpful and nice staff. However rooms did appear a bit dated. Overall a solid value for price paid.

The smell of fresh warm cookies met me at the door. Everyone was very helpful and patient with me and my two toddlers. We slept well and cozy in a clean room. Thank you.

Wonderful experience! Welcoming and accommodating staff while we were waiting out inclement weather conditions. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, mini-fridge, TV, nice shower, and everything else we could need. Breakfast was nice to include cereals, eggs, biscuits, waffles, pastries, oatmeal, fresh fruit and yogurt. It is right off of the interstate for easy access on and off.
