So much fun when we come here, Although service could use some improvement. Weare always able to find seating in the arcade area but aren't approached by anyone! This visit we weren't approached for about 10 minutes until I called someone over myself. He said he would send someone over, another 5 minutes pass and a waitress then tells me from a distance she will be there in a minute. Last time we came my food was burnt. We come mostly for the fun.

Few games had trouble with the card readers, one game was out of order and when notified a server, he acknowledged it but I don't think much was done about it. Understandable because servers were a bit busy but I'm sure I wasn't the only one there waiting for the 4D zombie game. But, that didn't ruin my experience there. Overall was a wonderful place to eat and play, presentation never fails there. 👍

Great place to bring the family to have fun! Wed nights make it so much more affordable to go.

Beware of over-tipping on your card. We had it happen twice. Someone added a tip to a power card purchase at the front desk as well as added a tip to the bar tab we had one night. Camilla is by far the best bartender. We always keep an eye out for her when we go.

It was my husband and I's first time here Saturday 2/17 and we were greeted by the nicest gorgeous melanin popping host at the door. My husband and I had so much fun! We played like little kids!

The food and ticket deals are definitely affordable and worth it. Food was amazing games were fun and none were out of order.

We were originally worried that there would be kids everywhere running around and causing a headache since that's what most the reviews said.

We were pleasantly surprised! We will definitely be back with our children!

I've gone here since I was roughly 8 years old, and now I am still coming back on half off Wednesdays at least once a month and I'm now 24 years old. I think it's a great place to come with kids, friends, family, and loved ones. The game room has some awesome employees and bartenders working in there. Everyone has always been nice that I have met, but one stands out amongst the others! Heller is one of the coolest bartenders I have ever met. She has always been kind, genuine, and you'll never catch her without a smile. Definitely recommend going to this location on a number of different special occasions. You won't be disappointed.

Visited with a large group for a friend's wedding. Was very accomodating. Good was good, our server was great!! Had lots of fun in the arcade too. We went before Halloween so it was pretty busy. Seems like a happening place for dates, families, teens.

A little pricey but lots of fun for my 8 and 10 yr old. Things are set up for you to leave a winner with a few trinkets and some good memories. We overspent a bit (60bucks) but had quite a haul by the end

Great games, average food, good service except when there is a sporting event. On the weekends it's often too crowded, especially around the bars. Good for family until about 9:00 PM

I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the restaurant. The arcade and games are excellent. Fun for both children and adults. The restaurant on the other hand wasn't very good. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing, but my meat on my burger tasted old. I took a few bites and that was about it. I also got a glass of water and the glass was really dirty. Looked as if there was milkshake residue or old milk stuck across the side. The waitress was very nice though, she did take off my burger. I will definitely return to the arcade it's a lot of fun.. I'll just make sure to eat before I go.

Great arcade but my fiancee and I waited for over half an hour just to have our order taken only to find out that our waiter had forgotten about us to serve a large group of people when we got there before they did. I ordered the Bbq ribs and boneless hot wings and she had the lawnmower salad. Her salad was good but my ribs were cold and the hot wings were so stale I could only eat two of them. That being said overall it was a decent experience due to the amazing arcade. Bring a lot of money. They also gave us a free power play card due to waiting so long but that really doesn't make up for the sub par food I received.

I absolutely loved this place, it was my first time going to a dave and busters. It was a little confusing at first, but once we found the dinning room our server Jess was extremely helpful, polite, and very informed on her job, the good was amazing and the price wasn't too terrible either, however if you're looking for health food this probably isn't the best place. We later went to the arcade there are tons of games to win tickets and great prices. I will definitely be coming back soon.

Lots of fun for the family but expensive!!
Family of three spent $150.00 for food and games.. but we were there about 3 hours.

Food was good but was cold when served to us. Our waitress was great but a different waitress kept walking around with a sour look on her face, rolling her eyes at customers!
And the worst part.. someone had thrown up on the floor and it took a while before someone cleaned it up.. people were slipping in it cause there was no sign

This is my favorite drink and play location. Always updating video games, awesome drinks and the ticket system being electronic means I don't lose the tickets after winning on 4 way PAC-MAN. I love the creative ways of playing old fashion games like space invaders. The 4D games are fun. Also the specialty drinks are awesome! Although to be fair I'm not much for drinking beer and like the hard alcohol shots a lot more. Eat and play is also a option although I haven't had much of a variety to rate it properly

A great place for both happy hour and to take the kids. This is the most upscale Dave and busters I have been to. The games were new and in great shape. The food was tasty including the burgers and ribs. Drinks were in point. Expect to pay a little as all the perks come with a little extra.

The games are so much fun! My boyfriend took me here for my first ever visit last weekend and I was super excited because I love the idea of arcades. We got some food because it was late and we were pretty hungry but it was extremely disappointing for the price we paid. He got a steak and shrimp pasta dish that was flavorless and the steak was incredibly tough and the whole dish only had about 6 tiny shrimps in it. I got chicken tenders and fries. It's my go to dish for new restaurants. It was pretty good. The honey mustard dipping sauce was amazing. But the service could have been better. I work in the restaurant industry so I understand being understaffed but I still try my very best to make sure each of my customers have a great experience. I waited for a while for a refill of my drink and when our server finally came back, our meal was mostly finished. When I got my refill, it was mostly water. If you've ever had watered down lemonade, you know how gross it was. All that being said, I would still go back in the hopes that it was just a one time thing and that next time will be better.
