Very nice place as far as atmosphere and service. However we found the food somewhat lacking. We both ordered chicken dishes and mine was sauced while hers blackened both had no flavor at all. I mean noticeably bland we may return to see if this was just a bad night as we frequently partake in Orlando's various culinary offerings at least 3 or 4 times week, so we understand that these quality issues can change nightly depending on the location and who is in the kitchen.
My salmon was perfect. It was paired with green beans and garlic mashed potatoes. They were pretty good too. The atmosphere was active but not too loud. There is outdoor seating and several televisions. The service was impeccable. I will revisit the next time I'm in the area.
On 11/15/17, my Wife and I visited this establishment. After checking in with the Hostess, we were seated in the middle of the larger indoor dining area. There were not many patrons inside and there were several patrons dining outside. After being seated, we were told that our server would soon come to take our orders. During casual conversation with my wife, I noticed that the wait staff was very attentive to all of the OTHER patrons as they travelled back and forth around us several times. Each time the staff would pass our table it was obvious that there was no desire to accept our patronage. There was no eye contact or any courtesy extended to us as the staff continued to tend to the OTHER patrons. After waiting approximately (20-25) minutes, and not even being offered water we decided to leave and find somewhere else to dine. Before we left, I went to the Hostess' station and told them that we were leaving and why. Each staff member had the same questions; "Did you check in?" "Where were you sitting?" etc. I met with the Manager and explained the situation and he seemed not to have any concern about the situation. I know that this is supposed to be an "exclusive" area, but it was obvious to me that all of the staff members that I dealt with were all on one accord in their thinking and actions. I am not one to scream "racism" in every adverse or controversial situation, but after replaying it over and over in my mind, I have opined that this was extremely racist. I will never patronize this establishment again!!!!! I will select a rating of -5 stars and suggest Human Diversity training for the entire staff.
Nice spot to get a drink after work! Food is ok, bar tenders are nice but servers could be definitely more polite and friendly. That’s why three stars.
This was a good find for a nice dinner with a chill atmosphere. While I wouldn't put it in my "Best Ever" category, I would still recommend and would gladly go back. Service was friendly, and the food was on point as well.
Their bruschetta was interestingly unique, and is worth trying. Personally, I didn't really care for the addition of celery, but other than that it was full of flavor and just the right amount of crunch.
Next up was the entree - the Steak 310 sandwich with a side of chicken noodle soup. Sound like an odd pairing?? It was, and that's a mistake I'll have to live with - but now I can say I've tried the soup and will be better prepared next time.
As for the sandwich, it was surprisingly very good! I must not have fully read the description, because I wasn't prepared for the mushroom or red peppers in the sandwich. Initially, I was a little bummed because I wanted more steak, but as I continued my feast, that soon passed because it was just down right tasty!
Last tip I'll add, is to save room for dessert! The desserts (so I was told) are all original recipes from the owner, and they all looked incredible! With 8 options presented, I'm sure you will be able to find one that would be your personal favorite!
Enjoyed their melt-in-your-mouth French Toast yesterday! Having dined here several times now, I feel confident suggesting to friends, "Let's dine at 310 on Park Ave". With a decent range for brunch, lunch, and dinner, variety of tea and coffee including a good cappuccino, and prompt, friendly service; their quiet ambience makes for great conversation over a delicious meal.
Bonus point for their great loyalty program - I received a free dessert and $10 gift card earlier this year on my birthday!
It was amazing. Best Duck ever.great spot for date night. I went on a Sunday night and it was quite romantic. Loved the atmosphere and super friendly staff.
I sat down at the bar around 1 pm on Monday. There were two others. Service was awkward. I soon realized why. I overheard a few servers and the bartender talking horribly about a job applicant. I was at the other side of the bar and the place was very quiet. I'm not sure why they thought this was an appropriate environment to act so sophomoric. Had there been literally any other draw to the place, I still wouldn't have stayed. Customer lost.
The food was good and the service was good. However, I was disappointed with the cocktails I ordered.
310 is a cool place to go to; just know mixed drinks aren't their strong suit. Best to stick to ordering beer, wine or soda.
Nice spot to get a drink after work! Food is ok, staff is very nice!
I think this place has some of the best late night food your going to find in the area. Especially the Calamari, it is fantastic!!!
Food is all from scratch, salads are fresh and huge. Their gator tail is on point, fried calamari is crispy and delicious and the seafood salad is amazing.
Three friends (two girl friends and I) who haven't seen each other in over 5 years.. we decide to have a late dinner (at 8:30 PM) and our server was a gentleman who was patient and kind. It took us a while to order since we were catching up but he was polite and obsequious. The food was decent but got cold very quickly, perhaps because we had been talking instead of eating. I wasn't asked if I wanted it boxed up, although I had plenty left. We hadn't been there long.. only from 8:30-10:00 when our server had to leave and a woman gained responsibility for serving our table. Before he left, they made sure to cash us out although we all still wanted to sit and order more drinks. Because we felt so rushed, we just agreed to get the bill. The new server (pretty sure was a manager) asked us if we were 'alright' at least five times even though none of us had given her any reason to doubt that we were fine and did not need her help. If anything, she was repeatedly interrupting us in mid conversation and made us feel rushed and bothered. She wasn't pleasant to talk to. My two friends had ordered a bottle of wine to share and there was less than two servings left. She walked up and said she would cork up the wine and bag it so that we could leave. We never gave any indication that we were leaving. We sat for another hour before my friends said they were going to open the wine they bought and have their last glass since it wouldn't make any sense to drive with it when they both bought it, which the server knew. The whole thing was unprofessional and I honestly wouldn't go back or recommend to a friend.
