Friendly staff. Not "pushy". We went looking for a used car. One critique, they need more space for the used car area. I feel bad asking to see a car that's 3 cars deep. They had to move a few cars so we could test drive the car we were looking at. 3 stars only because we didn't go through the full experience of purchasing a vehicle. Nothing bad to say about this place. Would recommend.

After doing research online, I went in knowing the specific vehicle I wanted to look at. I very much appreciate that Selena did not try to up - sell me to a newer or higher priced vehicle. I felt no pressure what-so-ever. My only suggestion would be that if someone has a long wait to see the finance person, it would be nice to be given an approximate time and an offer of something to drink and maybe even a snack. No one wants to deal with finance paperwork when they're tired, hungry and thirsty.

They made me feel at first as I was welcomed and were very helpful until I stated that I have just a trade in and no money to put down. They started treating me differently and all that promotion and promises that they put at the radio are lies. You need good credit, if you have averaged credit to poor credit yes you do have to put a down payment even if you bring a car as trade in. So don’t be fooled by that voice you hear on the radio that they say that they can help you get approved. You have no money you get no car easy as that unless you have good credit.

The value of his "no high pressure" approach cannot be overstated by me! Also, Bob Young in Finance thoroughly answered a question I had for him. Me and my husband went in looking for my 1st brand new car. We were skeptical because of everything you hear about dealerships but we were pleasantly surprised how it was not bad at all. Everyone was really nice from the start to the finish and they were honest about everything they tell you. It was a really good first new car buying experience.

I have been using this service department for almost two years. First with a used car I purchased and then with my new 2016 Outlander. I know a good service department when I see one because I spent 9 years as an Assistant Service Manager/Shop Foreman in my younger years. This Service Dept. has met all my expectations and more. They are always friendly and efficient. I recently came in for a routine oil change and they recommended I also get the tires rotated which I agreed to. I was in and out the door within 90 minutes with a complimentary car wash to boot. As seniors, my husband and I are extremely happy we purchased our cars at this dealership. We had no idea the service would be so good.

I researched the vehicle I wanted online and found it available locally. The price was right, even traded my hurricane damaged vehicle in to offset the cost. They gave me everything I wanted for a fair price. No pressure tactics. Smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. Would recommend to anyone! Thanks to James and his Sales manager for making this happen and might I add at a better interest rate than I had already got pre approved for!

Call RC Hill Mitsubishi, make an appoint with Anthony ,drive away with a nice,new,cheap car! Having read many of these reviews and made decisions based upon these reviews, this is the first time I have felt compelled to actually write one of these reviews. I had never actually purchased a vehicle from a dealership. I have been on many test drives with friends and family and have listened to a lot of sales jargon. This has always been a dreadful experience. But that was not the case when I purchased my 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 from Anthony at RC Hill. I can't stress enough how easy Anthony makes purchasing you new ride. He was factual and to the point with a laid back and easy going attitude. Those are rare qualities in a sales person.I only had to tell Anthony one time exactly what I wanted and he actually listened and made it happen, easy as pie! RC Hill was good but Anthony made it great.

P.S. The warranties were quite impressive

I called the service center in regards to an issue i was having with my vehicle and I spoke with Barbara and she told me to come by a certain time and they would look at it but there would be no guarantee that it would be fixed today. I was ok with that I just wanted to make sure my car was running fine so I live an hour away and I made it on time. My car was checked out and it wasn't anything. This was a Saturday and they were extremely busy but continued to maintain professionalism and good customer service. I am glad that I have the opportunity to interact with this wonderful staff. Although they were busy I was asking about my oil change and it was due and she took the time to work me in, which made me that much more happy to be dealing with a car dealership like this one ." Barbara you are the best"!

I went to the dealership with a particular car in mind. James was extremely helpful. He went and got the car right away so that I could see it in person and then take a test drive. He was very helpful in getting the financing that I had budgeted for and was even able to get my payment lower. The whole experience went very smooth. I believe I was there less than 2 hours and drove out with my new car. I will definitely recommend RC Hill and especially James to anyone who is looking for a car. I live in Orlando but will not have a problem going to Deland to buy another car from James. Outstanding Salesman.

Amazing Experience!!

I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Their no haggle approach is wonderful! I was very indecisive and Russel was very patient. They are not pushy like other places. I was given the time I needed to make sure the decision that I was making was the right one for me! They have a very good route to test drive to get a good feel for the vehicle that you are looking at. Once I made my decision, I was out in less that an hour! Great people with a great attitude!!

I have nothing but praise for the staff in the Service Dept. They went over and beyond to provide excellent service. From the time I stepped out of my vehicle. Barbara knows her stuff. She is extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. I watched her interaction with the other customers.
She made sure we understood what was being done to our vehicles and eagerly answered any questions and she did it all with a smile. It feels good to receive great service and even better hospitality. That's a rarity nowadays.
The entire team was friendly and seemed to enjoy their profession. I will definitely return and refer. Even though I didn't purchase my Mitsubishi there (wish I had).

Well, we all hear how every dealership is different and better than all the rest and I can honestly say that my experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi was just that! I actually hate car shopping but I enjoyed my experience there. I was extremely comfortable the entire time, even when my Sales Person was busy helping other customers and another Sales Person stepped in with the same level of knowledge and assurance. I loved that all the sales people I talked to even the Accountant had first hand experience with the vehicle that I was buying. I love this car. I searched for at least 10 months and I was looking for certain features but didn't want to pay an out rages price. I actually heard a commercial on the radio for RC Hill and it sounded great. I thought, maybe I need to take a look at the Mitsubishi's. I am so glad I did, this is such an Awesome car and I highly recommend RC Hill to everyone!
