DO NOT BUY HERE. Poorly managed. Let me say that again. POORLY MANAGED. Sales managers are very creepy and made me uncomfortable. Salesman shook hands on a deal, then the deal is changed when it comes time to sign paperwork. Good luck getting anybody on the phone if you have a question that doesn't have to do with giving them money. Would give stars if that was an option. Go anywhere else.
What a horrible experience from start to finish! First, they are vultures before you even get out the car. My sales person was boastful, arrogant, and attempted to treat me like I was a complete fool( I guess he figured because I was a woman, everything would fly over my head). He didn't even know about the car. He gave me basic information. It's information I've already read about before coming to the car lot. From his facial expressions to his word choices, I wouldn't EVER buy a car from here, regardless of what a great deal they gave. But, no great deal. They expected me to pay sticker priceNO! Said they do not negotiate on used vehicles. As I was walking out the door, the sales person went to get his manager. As he and his manager were walking up, the sales person says "she doesn't know what she wants". Really?! Ok-2 can play this game. I was ready to purchase a vehicle today, but I'll wait, as I have been. And when I purchase a vehicle, IT WILL NOT BE FROM REED NISSAN.
Terrible service!! Jamar in the service department has a terrible sarcastic attitude. I will never do business at this location again. 1st I had my car towed here to have a diagnostic test done according to Camacho the test could not be done because a hose was not connected. Yet they still charged me for a diagnostic test. How could you charge me for a diagnostic test that was not done? All you did was left my hood, see a hose loose and charge me? I filled a complaint with the better business bureau! And I will not stop! Until I’m refunded!! Or a do test is done and I am told what’s wrong with my car
***** PLEASE READ THIS***ACTUALLY ZERO STARS*****
The most horrible experience ever. We will get right to the details and the bottom line of the outcome. There are no details being spared here, trust me, none at all.
1) Prepared and Planned on purchasing a used vehicle - prior phone calls to get vehicle ready.
2) Our son has a 15K draft check for full payment from Navy Federal Credit Union.
3) They deny the 15K for the purchase and claim that the check is to old for it to be deposited. (Note: we called Navy Federal Credit Union, they laughed at their excuse and said "well I guess you won't be doing business with them, will you?"
4) I politely tell them we are here to buy the car and leave with the car. We aren't here to work to buy a car, you are here to work to sell us the car - not the other way around. So get on the phone with Navy Federal Credit Union and start verifying funds or we leave in 5 minutes. Sales manager proceeds to tell us he is going to talk to the GM.
5) Sales Manager - We will let you take the car home but we need a back up contract just in case this check by Navy Federal Credit Union falls through. Are you kidding me. You want us to apply for "your finance".
The bottom line - they were doing acrobatic moves to finance people that were struggling to be financed as we could clearly hear this and there struggles, just to close a sell!!!!, but yet, they would not take 15K from our bank. Yes I understand that you all need to make money from you own financing, but WOW, you turned away 15K from Navy Federal Credit Union. Just Wow!!! Never will we recommend anyone to go to you folks. EVER!!!!!!
Really nice car buying process. Had my kid already prepared to see how car sales happen. Not here. Polite. Professional. Fast. And very helpful. No games. Check them out if you need a car. I'm glad I did.
I have been a client of Reed Nissan since April 2016 and my experience up to now has been exceptional. I recently got into a hit and run and needed the car fixed because the damages were not only a danger to my kids and I, but the people around me. Nissan offers collision and body services so of course I took it there. The new tire I had popped due to accident damaged, then my donut eventually popped and I had no choice but to leave at Nissan. Nissan did not have any rentals available and I went to other rental agencies and had absolutely no luck, especially with this past hurricane. I went back to Nissan and decided to just risk it all and buy a new tire. Of course the gentleman (Man with the red hair) in the body shop suggested I leave the car. On the verge of tears I explained I had children and this car was my only form of transportation. He reluctantly went to get my car and POSSIBLY get the new tire. I was outside and bumped into a man (manager I think) and he and the other gentleman came up with a plan to get me a rental through Nissan services. I say all that to say this, I LOVE REED NISSAN. From day one they have always been there to assist and figure out a way to make things better. They went above and beyond for me when they did not have to. I am beyond grateful to be apart of such a great car family. And I was more than pleased to share my experience with you all.
The service manager Joey displayed insensitive and accusatory behavior while not valuing customer satisfaction or safety.
I spent over $2K to have a catalytic converter and four oxygen sensors changed on 8/24/17 due to a diagnostics test and sound I was hearing. After picking the car up from the dealer the morning of 8/25/17, I still heard the sound as I was driving home. I immediately called and talked to a service rep who told me the road test guy should have mentioned the noise and I could bring the car back at my earliest convenience. I had to go to work soon so I finished driving the car home, parked it in my garage and drove my wife's car to work instead.
After work, I began driving my car back to the dealership. While driving back to the dealership, my front driver's side tire came off while I was driving on the road. Fortunately, I was not injured but my vehicle was damaged. After having the vehicle towed to Reed Nissan and inspected again, the service manager Joey made no apologies and said he could only offer a $100 discount and a free alignment on new repairs, unrelated to the wheel coming off and that totaled over $2K. Ironically, the new repairs, unrelated to the wheel coming off were not reported to me when I had the catalytic converter and oxygen sensors replaced nor was a diagnostic tests recommended. However, one technician said he heard another sound coming from the vehicle, noticed rust and other issues underneath the vehicle but it was not mentioned to me verbally or in writing. When I asked why my wheel came off the service manager Joey said he was unsure, it couldn't have been that way when I left the dealership and that "maybe someone has it out for me."
Again, NEVER go to this dealership for service!
I have nothing but great things to say about Reed Nissan but there is 1 thing i wish they would address. Let me start out by saying we leased a vehicle and everything they told us has been accurate from the monthly cost all the way to the maintenance. The one thing i wish they would do is put one of those self extinguishing cigarette cans at their outside waiting area that actually looks like a place to put butts, They have a silver skinny one that does not look like one. They have a bench with beautiful flat rocks and lots of pebbles, however there are 100s of butts everywhere and the drain looks like there are thousands in it. It would be a great Improvement to a top notch dealership.
The Best person to have help you and get you in a good car would be Karim Badibanga. He was amazing and so helpful. if you are looking for a car and need someone who will make sure your taking care of. This is the guy. Let him know I sent you. He wont forget us.:) Everybody is nice there. Just go in knowing what you want and how much money your will to pay.
Taylor, Chris, Ben - excellent people. Let's set aside them being salesmen for a minute - they are just excellent people. The type of people you instantly like. I loathe the car buying experience. These guys took the edge off. I told them upfront I don't play the salesman games. They didn't. They are straight forward - they made the buying experience as enjoyable as it can be. Thanks gentlemen.
Was on vacation and had service light come on for oil change. Went right when they opened and was out fast. They treated me like I having been going here for years. Truly exceptional.

I bought a 2016 Nissan Altima on September of 2016 where sales management told me that detailing was included with my purchase, they will tell you is free but it is not really free, just check the contract. Went on May 31 to get my car service, oil change and rotate the tires, was expecting to get my car wash and detail and guess whatnow all of sudden they don't offer that service, I guess they offer it to a potential buyer but once you buy it and they know they got you, they will take it away. I was offer a 600 dollars vendor rebate through Nissan by Aaron Hill and factory rep Drew, still till this day I have not receive that rebate, buyer beware, stay away from Reed Nissan!!
A brand new experience
Summary – was upfront and honest. Very smooth experience.
So it has been almost 8 years since I have bought a new car. I remember spending 8+ hours on negotiating with pushy salesmen and a lot of back and forth. My experience was totally different at this dealership. No one pushed me to buy one. I bought a vehicle because I wanted to.
My initial contact was through the internet department. Karen was up front with the information I requested and quick with responses. Then I was transferred to Jefferey.
Jefferey was excellent. He explained to me each and every feature in the car in detail. Jeffery went the extra mile on every step of the transaction. I am pretty sure there was a lot back and forth he had to do with his managers to meet the number I was happy with, but there was not a single time I felt that I was not going to walk out happy with a new car. In the end, my experience was very good. Nobody sold me anything that I didn't want to buy. The whole transaction was smooth and I walked out happy with a new pathfinder.
Things the dealership can work on – detailing department. I am pretty sure they were packed but the new car I purchased was not detailed properly. There were marks on the dashboard that I had to remove(no bid deal). It would also be a good idea to have some food/fruits. When you are spending 5 plus hours at a dealership, you are bound to get hungry.

Wish I never bought a car from this place. I have been having issues with this car three months after I bought it. Had to change the transmission on a two year old car. Said they replaced it. 6 months later the transmission is bad again. The car stopped on the highway. Their remedy is to trade it in for a more expensive care. i was better off with my 12yr old Mazda.
Well, Its happening again. took the car back and Reed said they replaced the transmission for the third time about two months. The car is behaving the exact same way. Now driving to work this morning the engine light comes on. What??. These people are not fixing this car at all. It'd time to revoke the "lemon law and get a lawyer to represent me. This is your last chance Reed. I am fedup.
Just serviced my car that is under warranty at Reed on Saturday. Firstly the old problem still exist but I was told that there is nothing wrong. Driving to work this morning, the car sounded like an old car. I literally turned my car off to make sure the sound was not coming from my car. Unfortunately, it was my car. This is far too much for me to deal with. I think it is time to evoke the "Lemon Law" while I still have the chance. Maybe I should visit my lawyer too.
