Good food, good people. Just don't show up with a large party! They have room but you may have to wait 2hrs Like we did!
They don't do call ahead or reservations, but I called ahead and told them just as a curtsey and was told they couldn't do anything.. Well if I was the manager of that shift I would have liked to know and planned. But hey maybe that could be an improvement? Maybe start taking reservations or at the least take call aheads as a serious thought for parties idk 8 or more?
My fault we waited the 2hrs. But next time they will be losing the $300sresponse / report this review -

Staff is courteous, friendly and prompt. Food is good and hot. On the road these are valued as gold. Calimari was soooooooooo good. Have returned to check out the other dishes. One is better till ya taste the next. The people, the food, good prices. Can't say better. They do a great job all around Keep up the great job.

Dan's Place is hopping busy on the weekends, leading us to believe our 45 minute wait would be worth it. With all that business you would think the kitchen would use fresh ingredients. A check with my waitress confirmed canned spinach and shrimp on my "Athenian" pizza. The fries a friend ordered tasted like they were frozen reheated. No Thanks!👎🏼

Great music, friendly staff, very good food, chips with the meal were a bit stale but all in all it was a great first experience, will be coming back again next time we get the chance

The food is great on Thursdays. They do a different menu which includes fresh produce prepared that day. I avoid this place on the weekends because the weekend food is bland and predictable.

My wife and I saw this place on our way back from a trip to Narragansett, and thought let's give it a try. It was a nice looking building and the parking lot was pretty full for a mid week afternoon so we figured chance are the food is decent- Wrong. Entered to a pretty decent decor OK things are looking good, waitstaff was prompt and very friendly, and prices weren't bad so we're thinking this is going to be a good spot to remember. Then reality hits usHow was the food? AWFUL.Worst Steak and Cheese I've ever had in my life. They serve some type of flat flank steak that was about as dry as rubber, and the wife's hamburger was just as bad. She ordered it medium and it was also about as dry as beef could be. Hey a little grease would have been niceMaybeAwful food great service still equals NEVER GOING BACK

a nice and beautiful place by truck stop. they have very good food Mexican food. pizzas and alot of beers. love the place. they have bar and country music inside. you can eat outside if you want. super nice and family place

Came. In on weekday after. Lunch crowds. Grinders were great . French fries were lukewarm. And limp. Notified. Waitress. She did not remove. Them from the final check.

Great food, great place and staff.for truck drivers that stop at the TA in west Greenwich, RI for break. I recommend this place, only a short walking distance across the street.

I had the baked scallops and they were fantastic. My husband had his usual prime rib dinner and it looked delicious! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Highly recommend visiting Dan's for lunch or dinner.

Really good food at a reasonable price. Only thing stopping 5 stars is I reserve that for extraordinary fine dining. This place instead is a rock solid restaurant with really good food. The burger I had was made to perfection with toasted bun and melted cheese. Nothing rushed or corners cut. Checked all the boxes. Good selection of beer and food all around. Also directly across from the truck stop so truckers can get a good meal rather than the junk we normally get stuck with.

My husband and I have been here multiple times, and we are never disappointed!!! The food is delicious and the waitstaff always courteous and helpful!!! I highly recommend Dan's to my friends when they are traveling in that areaOn different occasions, I have enjoyed their delicious baby back ribs (superb!), tasty burgers and fish & chips!!! My husband loved their fresh whole belly clams and ribeye! There is something for every taste!!
