we ate there twice - for lunch on the two days after Christmas. popular place, but no wait to get seated. nice food, well prepared and displayed, and lots of it. would make this a regular dining spot.

I'd be careful making this a date night location. They have an employee who enjoys messaging and sending nudes to married men. Emiry Moutary.. clearly needs attention so here ya go sweetheart.

Great location on the river. Amazing sunsets while you eat. Food is always outstanding. Staff is great and friendly.

Great place! The food is awsome! The chips with pulled pork and melted pepper jack cheese is the bomb! Their servers are the best ever, the manager Jennifer is the most sweetest, kindness person i have ever met in a restaurant. So with that said yes i can say its my favorite place on the island!

Meal was not the best. But next to the water and the service was not that special.. . Not as good seafood as expected. But it's wasn't bad.
If you are looking for good seafood go to David's.. this is just Ok.
Moved from 3 to 2 star. The service was horrible and just for a table of 1
Would have given more than 15 % .. but the service really was awful. Had better service at a beach grill than this.response / report this review -

Good food and great view.
We had fish and chips, scallops with grits and asparagus, and shrimp alfredo all of which were cooked to perfection and were delicious. The desserts were ridiculous! There is no way 1 person should eat that much dessert.unless they are me. Huge portions and delicious.response / report this review -

Was on vacation with the family on Amelia island. Was looking for some good seafood restaurants with a nice water view. Was skeptical at first from the mixed reviews about the food. But the whole group liked all the food. The shrimp was great and the scallops we're so tendor. A very nice twist of southern seafood. The staff was great and our server was very prompt. Also kid friendly as we had a toddler and a baby in a stroller.

I am an African American man. I came to the restaurant alone, looking to take in a late brunch and take in the sights. I went into the restaurant and instead of being asked by the hostesses, how many and where I'd like to sit, I was asked gruffly: Can we help you? It was expressed like, what do you want? I responded by matter of factly saying, I'm here to eat lunch. This is no way to treat a guest at your establishment, irrespective of their race. This is the 21st century and our people have education, manners and money to pay just like every one else. You don't want my business, then I will broadcast my feelings about your place on this open forum. Incidentally, the only reason I came inside to eat was because a small group of black people were sitting at a table outside. I later found out they were waiting for a river cruise, not eating. The mgt was obviously unhappy about this and kept asking them to move. I will only eat here or tell my HNW associates about this place if it's the very last open restaurant on Earth!

We enjoy dinner here every summer. This year did not disappoint, regardless of the mediocre reviews we have read. Most definitely the best food on the island. I had the calamari app, grilled salmon and key lime pie. Everything was wonderful and the service was outstanding! We will be back.

Stopped by during the shrimp festival, we wanted to eat restaurant food instead of street food. But we ended up with smaller portion of the same street food with higher price tag + 20% mandatory gratuities.. probably because of that, waiters were not really taking care of the tables. Had to ask for utensils and napkin and had to wait several minutes for each one.
For comparison: 2 shrimp plates (5 shrimps + some fries) + 2 beers + sales tax + %20 gratuities = $48

The food was wonderful. We went to lunch on the Monday after Easter. The sceanery was beautiful sitting on the patio overlooking the water and boats. The hostess was very pleasant and extremely helpful since my mom was not able to get out of her scooter and my dad has a hard time moving around. Our waitress on the other hand wasn't very good. She was nice BUT I did notice that every table she had she would flirt with the men and pretty much ignored the women, no matter what age the people were. She would go up to each man, touch him in some way, and pretty much turn her back to the women to ask how HIS food was and never concerning herself with how the women's food was. I don't know, maybe she figured the man was paying so she would just concern herself with him. We also asked for sweetener and extra lemon, twice. Instead I had to go inside to an empty table to grab some sugar while she just stood there and watched. The person who brought our food was kind and brought us some more lemon. So as long as you don't get the short older woman I'm sure you will be able to give this place a five star. It is a must do if you're on vacation or just wanting a quiet and relaxing place to eat. I live in the area and wanted to bring my parents for a nice lunch. They both enjoyed it very much to. They have cruise ships docked there were you can purchase a ticket to go on a scenic boat ride.
