  We had a great experience with Dan Rutkowski Construction. They have a great team of talented, caring and dedicated professionals who worked closely with us from design to delivery of the final piece of our remodeled home. They have completed two home remodels for us and both times we were thrilled with the outcome! Thank you Dan Rutkowski Construction!

  My husband and I recently used Dan Rutkowski Construction for our kitchen remodel. They came to the house, listened to our ideas, wants and needs and came up with a great layout.
  They have a showroom that offers a nice selection of cabinetry, tile and flooring options. We found everything we had in mind there and Nicole was a great help throughout from making initial choices to the small details that never crossed my mind. We were also impressed with Dan's team of craftsmen who were always courteous, took pride in their work and always cleaned up at the end of the day.
  We couldn't be happier with the end result, my kitchen is the showpiece of our home!
  We would certainly recommend Dan Rutkowski Construction.

  We have had the privilege to work with Dan and his Team on two occasions. In 2008 he remodeled the kitchen in our condo as well as replacing the windows. We met Dan as a result of a horrific leak that required the kitchen to be torn down to the studs. Dan worked well with the mold remediation company and advised us on the different options available. His Team always showed up on time and they delivered outstanding work, while completing all stages of the project on time. In 2017 we purchased a home on Longboat Key and we hired Dan to handle a number of “projects”. He customized the kitchen by installing double ovens and a beverage cooler. Dan also remodeled the laundry room, bathrooms and installed flooring in the master bedroom. Once again Dan and his Team exceeded our expectations. We view Dan as a trusted adviser and we always feel he has our best interests at heart. He demonstrated this when Hurricane Irma hit. As a new home owner we did not have a company hired to put up our hurricane shutters. Numerous calls resulted in all the companies being booked with existing customers In desperation we called Dan and he sent a Team to install the shutters before the storm hit. Installing hurricane shutters is not a service Dan’s Company offers but when our backs were against the wall Dan was there. We highly recommend Dan and his Team and are proud to give him a five star rating.

  My wife and I had Dan Rutkowski Construction Company do a bathroom renovation on our home in Nokomis. Dan and his staff were totally professional and handled the work in a timely manner. They did everything that we had discussed and contacted us if modifications were needed. The project wasn't huge but they treated us as if it were.
  One thing that we were impressed with was their assistance in the bathroom design. Another thing that we liked was that they had all kinds of samples in their office making it very easy to pick what we wanted. This was way better than going to a "Big Box" store and trying to figure out what would look good.
  This is a family operation and they made you feel like you were part of the team from start to finish.
  We absolutely love our bathroom and have received many compliments from our friend and family. When we decide to do our next project, we will be calling Dan again!
