Good restaurant, convenient location, inside the metro station, good food options, good variety of choices, good size place, 2 levels, decent prices, OK services and remember it's busy so services a little bit slow but it's good services.

They turned us away 30 minutes before closing No food, no drinks, no service!!! The person at the entrance barely spoke English and it was impossible to understand why they would not accept any customers. From outside we saw, that he also hassled other customers inside to finish and leave. We will never attempt to eat there again!!!

Great spot to grab a drink or meal while waiting for a train.

I only gave this place a 4 out of 5 because I have only had 2 things on the menu, but it would be a 5 because I went twice back to back in the last two days. A family member spoke highly of this place & I can't wait to try more of the menu. Everything looks so good and the cornbread was amazing! I love the decor complete with giant chili light fixtures and chili pepper tables. For a train station rsstaurant, it's well deserving of it's high rating.

They got 2 stars, 1 for having veggie options, 1 for convenience. But it's over priced, mediocre, slow, and they charge for drink refills! $3.50 per little tiny tea!

We were on a trip went to tiger grill in evening for desert was marvelous. Fried thunder and rum cheesecake. Went next evening for dinner, we ordered a tostada and a loaded bsked potato. Tostada was like a taco salad mostly lettuce not chopped. Baked potato was undercooked, not warm very little toppings. Very disappointed. If we go back we will only have desert

Imagine yourself in western Oklahoma. Along a lone stretch of road approaching a town of about 20k. Hungry, tired of travel, and thirsty. This is your place. Exchange from your mind the pleasant hometown server and any hope for non vinegar based hot sauce. Cut the price you would find in Oklahoma by about 60% Don't expect your green peppers on your fajita to be caramelized but do hope for real chicken overkooked.

I was very excited to bring my in-laws, my husband and my kids for a meal here, but was so disappointed in how unpleasant our time was. I used to work for RED in New York, one of the restaurants in the same company and I knew that amazing service and keeping up a pleasant experience was always an important part of the restaurant and company so I thought eating here would be a hit with the family for a late Sunday lunch.
The first impression was horrible because when our party of 7 arrived around 3:00pm to the front of the restaurant there was no one at the host station, so we proceeded to go inside in hope h. Another couple followed not long after and was just as confused as we were, but left within 3 minutes after no one came to greet us. After waiting for a little over 5 minutes, my husband left us with the stroller so he could flag down a server to see if we had to seat ourselves or if anyone was going to help us. He finally got one of the servers' attention after being ignored by the bartender, and after being seen and ignored by 4 servers as well; even though the restaurant was slow and there were barely any customers inside. We were looking around to see if there was a manager to speak to, but we never saw anyone besides the servers and the bartender around. When we were finally told "Go and sit wherever." a middle aged Asian server greeted us almost right away and we were very pleased with the service, the fair wait time of the food and the quality of it. After we had enjoyed our meals we were excited to ask him about the dessert menu when he came back, but we were immediately handed the bill instead before anything. We felt a little rushed and confused and my husband was so put off that we opted to bring the family to the Häagen Dasz downstairs for dessert. We also came back to ask if they validated for parking and were told no, only to find out after paying for our tickets that there was a machine that they should of pointed out to us that would validate instead.
What made matters worse were that before we got to the restaurant I was speaking so highly of them to my family because every experience I've ever had at any Ark restaurant was always so great and, everytime I would go to Thunder Grill previously the service and food was always so impeccable. I felt so inclined to apologize to my family because the experience was so disappointing and far from what I had described. I also felt so bad because it was my husband's first time eating there as well and growing up in DC he had always wanted to go in but never got the chance to. I was so upset that this was my worst time experiencing Ark Restaurants and Thunder Grill, as well as my entire family's first time ever.

I've eaten there a couple of times, always very busy but quick considering the crowd. The Shake Stack is a very tasty burger, the mushroom adding crunch and umami - small but delicious. French fries i should avoid but before i know it they are gone, crunchy on the outside and meaty on the inside. Union Station is hustle and bustle, plenty to watch while you eat but not the place for a conversation.

From the Hostess to the Server we had a great experience for our party of 6 looking to have a nice lunch between touring the city. Very impressed with all of the options within Union Station. Several of our party came back to Thunder Grill again and again. The Service was excellent as was the food and of course Beer!!!
