I frequented this place many times and always left satisfied but on Dec 7 I used Uber Eats to deliver and they shorted me 1 Daily Green and 1 Carrot cake on the order. When I called them the young man on the other end said he could no post a refund on his end and I needed to call Uber Eats and with that he hung up while I was attempting figure out another solution with him.

Amy - the owner - is fabulous, kind, and very helpful. Her concept and products are superb and the best in the area. Puree was sold in my gym and this is where I was introduced to them. I takes a hike to get to them now, but it’s worth the investment because of how incredible I feel after consuming their products. Thanks to Amy & Crew for doing your part to keep the DMV healthy :).

(P.s. — the other notes about the staff I find them to be very kind, thoughtful and helpful. THey are on the young side, so they are likely new to customer service — give them some slack and let Amy know in person as opposed to on the web so she work things out).

Very good place. I mainly had their cold press juices and they're pretty good. I like the price compared to the place I have to go to by my job. Highly encourage anyone to give it a try and give it your own judgment. Also as a Mexican I appreciate the welcoming environment. This place is helping me wean off my bad eating habits I enjoy that it's helping me give up fast food. The style of eating and drinking is the future.

The staff is terrible. I called to ask them a question, and they answer the phone with just a "Hello." It is as if I'm calling a friend instead of a business. The customer service is inadequate, especially when I'm paying $5 plus for a juice!!! I would not recommend.

Walnut burrito is a bit spicy, filled with lots of walnuts and avocado. Charcoal water is mildly sweet, less intimidating than it looks.

I've been here countless times. Always had a good experience. Recently, my wife purchased a smoothie that she didn't like. When I attempted to exchange it, the sales person told me that there were no returns or exchanges. For someone who has frequented this place as much as we have, this is not acceptable.

Really like the juices. They do tend to run out of coconut water a lot but when you run a fresh juice bar you are bound to run out of certian things pretty quick and its gotten me to try juices and shakes I normally wouldn't and glad I did. If your not a big juicer beware the ginger shot. Its really intense.
