Phone system sucks. I would suppose they are grossly under staffed. The Dr's I have dealt with have been OK. They get moved around a lot. This is a mega practice and the days of seeing the old style one doctor practice are coming to an end. To be fair, I have used to other practices in Middletown. One has been around much longer than CRHC. I don't think much of them. They extract as much money out of you as possible, by endless tests and no treatment. I know someone that works there and he completely agrees, they love testing as much as the insurance will pay for. Then there is one newer practice. Started off very promising. The the Director quit a few weeks into the game. Not that same since. When I had no insurance, tried some of the clinics. Let's just say I had 3 years of no medical care at all. Medical industry in Orange County, NY leaves a lot to be desired no matter where you go. Maybe better elsewhere, I don't know.

The call center for this place is an f'ing joke. My wife called about complications with her pregnancy, she had heavy bleeding. Call center said the on call doctor would call back in 15 to 20 minutes. Nearly 3 hours have gone by with no return phone call. They can care less when they are not on the clock. Completely unprofessional and we are pretty sure we know what has happened but it would have been nice to at least hear it from a doctor instead of dealing with this at home waiting for a call back.

I'm not sure what the people who are complaining about everything are talking about, I mean yeah I feel that the practice has gotten too big too fast but I never have much of a wait time with any of my doctors. All of my doctors, nurses as well as the medical/billing people know me either by face or name. You can't expect doctors to remember your name after seeing them once, we aren't superheroes. I get a call back (in a timely manner) from my nurses as well as Maryanne, who deals with insurances.

I'm thankful for all of the workers here like Mary, Louie, Janet, Dr. Robinson, Robin Stegman Salka, Maryanne, Alicia, Erin, Sherrie, Dr. Tawil, Dr. Perez and all of the rest of the workers there.

Sure I've had a few appointments that I spent a little bit too long in the waiting room and have gotten angry about it, most of us are adults I'm sure we have had to wait longer for something else.

Even if you have had a bad experience with an employee instead of coming on here and complaining about it speak to someone in crystal run and see if they can speak to the person you are talking about. It's bananas how some people think that their visit will be as long or short as they want it to be.

I've been to this urgent care 3 times for myself, received professional care, testing and treatment better then any other urgent care. They have a caring and compassionate staff, they are quick to help and answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend Crystal Run Healthcare' s Urgent Care!!!

This place deserves no stars. It’s all about waiting here. Wait 20 minutes on the phone to talk to someone, wait an hour in the waiting room for the doctor, wait weeks for them to call you back with test results. But then once you’re in, they’re all about rushing you out the door. Everything is about money for them. I don’t even feel like they care about the health of patients but only about making money off them. Hate this place and will be switching all my doctors to a new healthcare facility

Only negative thing we have to say is the 100 crystal run pediatric office could use some renovating or a new paint job, the Thomas the tank engine painting in the back looks spooky and haunted.. like something out of a bad dream haha.

This place really deserves no stars. They're all about getting you out the door as quickly as you can. They don't explain what theyre doing and ask very general and vague questions. Most of the doctors have thick accents which makes it more difficult to get answers or understand. It made me more stressed and concerned especially when they told me my problem wasn't urgent enough for them to do anything. Meanwhile I still couldn't resume normal living after I left there.

I've lived in area over 30 yrs. Crystal Run is the worst thing that has happened. Gobbled up all private practices. It's so impersonal and has turned into big business. God forbid you want doctor to call you back about medication and treatment concerns. Good luck developing a patient-doctor relationship. Good luck even seeing the same doctor again due to overbooked schedule. Physicals are a joke. My list is too long. The medical industry should be ashamed. Stay as healthy as you can Or move.

Everytime I go to this urgent care there is about 8 receptionist and 2 doctors. The wait is extremely long. I went in there for an ear infection and waited an hour and a half just to get into a room. I asked one of th many receptionist why is it taking so long and she responded we have an emergency going on in the back. Now the fact that it's an urgent care that is understandable but you mean to tell me this very busy urgent care has only 1 doctor and he is dealing with an emergencynever again. There was a toddler with a broken finger screaming in pain in the waiting room as well. I refused to be the reason she would have to wait hours to be seen. So I left! Never again will I ever go back!

The urgent care department is a great advantage over regular hospital emergency rooms. You can go there for all sorts of medical problems. There is usually a wait, so getting there near opening time is best.

Regrettably, I had to place one star in an effort to proceed with a rating, but honestly, Crystal Run Healthcare deserves a zero rating. Bewarethe building is modern but inside reveals rude staff members who demonstrate a lack of professionalism and empathy. They are also incompetent. It is appalling that such individuals work in a health care facility. Some of the doctors are also rude and dishonest. They lack integrity. The wait times to be called to an examination room are long and the hold times on the telephone for appointments are even longer. They book several patients for the same hour. The staff are known to discard items that are waiting to be tested. I also had to call several times to have a prescription refilled. I could report so much more. Overall, it is truly a nightmare at Crystal Run Healthcare. Their ratings are low. The outlook in the community is "Don't go there". I am in agreement with this. I should have done more research before going to Crystal Run Healthcare. Don't go there!

EXPECTING MOTHERS BEWARE! The entire OB department is rude. From the front desk receptionist to the doctors. Dont waste your time. They ruined my first experience as a new mom to be. Horrible.
