    I would like to share with you my experience with Crystal Lake Jeep & Dodge. After a few days of negotiations with the sell person. We came to agreement of a price. The dealership was asking $29,977 for a 2011 Ram Lamarie Long Horn. We came to a agreement in person to $26,000, I did not have the bank funds with me at the time nor did I have the time to buy the truck that night. The next day I spoke to sells person a few times through texts. He sent me a pic of the price of the truck reflecting $26,000. We agreed I would be in the next morning to buy the truck since they where closing early that day. The next morning I was on my way to dealership to buy the truck and I received a phone call from the sell person, he told me the deal was off! He said the owner of the dealership flew back into town that morning and seen the deal on the truck and said no way he was going to sell the truck to me at that price!{ if I wanted the truck it would be $ 28,500)I called the sells manager a few hours later asking him what happened to our deal. He told me the same story. They thought I was buying a other truck with 40,000 more miles on it ( that truck he was referring to was also listed at $24,900). So why would they think that I would pay a $1000 over listed price!! The bottom line is that they agreed to a price, plus I have it in writing and then backed out of the deal. I will never do busy with them again. I end up paying $28,100 for the truck from them. This is why dealerships and sells personal have a bad rep!

    Great car buying experience. Mark Kropp took the time to show us every function of the vehicle. The entire sales team and finance staff were very professional and helpful in getting us into the perfect vehicle. If we decide we need another Jeep we will definitely be coming back.

    As it being the first time I have ever used this dealership, I was not impressed. I hate leaving bad reviews but this really irked me. I had brought my Jeep in for a recall on a Friday, and was told when I came to get it on Monday, I could pick it up at 7:30AM as those are when the service department opens. I walk in at 7:30AM because I needed to get to work, and I was told no one could help me until closer to 8AM. There were 3 people at the service counters, and at least 3 techs/porters. No one can help me? Walked out at 7:45AM with my Jeep, after telling them I was told I could pick it up at 7:30AM no problem. "No one can help you until." isn't really what a customer wants to hear.

    Crystal Lake went above and beyond to accommodate my needs in purchasing my vehicle, Excellent knowledge of vehicles and very customer friendly. I feel even more satisfied knowing that they made sure I was in the right car for me, instead of just a car right now. Would highly recommend their expertise to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

    As a current college student, I spent weeks searching for a reliable yet an affordable vechile. I am so happy that I took the time to visit the Crystal Lake Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealership. Jack took great care of us, made us feel comfortable, and was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly! He even had a great sense of humor! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

    Horrible experience. The salesman didn't shake our hands, did not ask any personal questions, nothing. Had no enthusiasm. How do you guys keep some of these people around with a clear lack of sales and car knowledge?

    Not very happy with the service department. We are full time RVers and our tow behind vehicle, a Jeep broke down on Sunday night. It was towed to the closest he'll dealer which was Crystal Lake Jeep. We explained that we had reservations in another state and we would appreciate any help they give. On Monday they didn't even take a look at it. On Tuesday they finally looked at it and they needed to order parts. Parts finally came in on Wednesday. It only took them about 1/2 HR to fix the problem. If only they could have at least taken a peak at the Jeep on Monday we could have at least save us some time.

    called the service department to see if they would service my work truck with a camper in the bed for working on fiber optic cables the guy on the phone said I would have to bring it in for them to see it, so I drove to the dealership and when I walked into service and one guy was sitting there eating his food at the service desk and won't even make eye contact with me so I waited for the lady next to him to finish up on the phone, so after she's done on the phone I ask if they will service my truck out side then the guy who was busy eating decided to to speak up so he comes out side with me to look at my work truck and couldn't give me a straight answer and tells me I have to wait or come back in an hour when some guy is back from lunch so he could measure it and find out if it would fit on a lift apparently he's the only one at the dealership that can use a tape measure. this is all work I can do in my driveway without a car lift, but my new work truck has a fleet account so I can no longer do the work at home it has to go to a shop sadly i bought my last vehicle from this dealership and looking to purchase a new vehicle in the next couple of months and now I don't think this place deserves anymore of my money

    My Chrysler mini-van overheated while driving through Crystal Lake because a coolant line rusted through and all coolant was lost. Gerard in Service was extremely polite and helpful. He got my vehicle into a service bay immediately and gave me a courtesy ride to a nearby restaurant to have lunch while they diagnosed the vehicle. I was told that they needed to replace the rusted coolant lines and that the water pump was leaking and should also be replaced. Cost estimate $1100.00!!! I declined the repair and paid the $79.95 up front cost for the diagnosis which was not unreasonable. Drove 3 blocks north to Jax Auto and Tire, their mechanic repaired the rusted coolant lines, said the water pump was just fine and charged me $108. Bottom line: nice employees at Crystal Lake Chrysler who must do what the dealership wants to maximize the revenue of their repair shop. I will not be back, and you have been warned.

    Horrible experience. Car salesman was handling two customers at one-time and was rushing through the process.

    The used-car manager was extremely rude. He did not honor his salesman offer and started lecturing us about not understanding their "if" terminology. Would not return or recommend. Also if you are buying a used car, make sure you read the fine print. They add a "prep fee and tire lock," which totaled to over $1,000. Very disappointed.

    Gary and his team are true professionals. They are not there "selling" you on a vehicle. It was a no pressure, educational discussion and friendly engagement from start to finish. I would recommend them as my go to dealer without hesitation.

    Crystal Lake Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge is a first class operation. I bought my 2016 Dodge Charger there and my experiences on that part were top notch with my salesman Jack Irwin. He was honest, straight-forward, and was extremely professional. I just brought the car in for it's first service and the service department was outstanding also. Gerard Squires arranged for one of the porters to give me and my kids a ride over to Wendy's to eat while we waited and picked us up too. If I was in the market for another car this would be the first place I would go.

    This is the best dealership I've ever done business with. It could have been because of the sales guy, Chris W. and Gary, the owner. Two of the nicest people and willing to go above and beyond for the customer's. I would highly recommend working with them.

    I would like to recommend this dealership, I have purchased two vehicles from them. Outstanding customer service in the sales department! Best I've found in terms of trade in value for you vehicle. Owner of the dealership is hands on! I've worked with Chris W. twice. His service goes above and beyond! He does excellent follow up after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction. I also worked with Brad for a commercial vehicle. Fantastic guy! Stayed late and never once rushed or pressured.
