I've purchased 2 bikes from Nielsen's 12 years apart. Both times, I was treated very well by Ted and the staff. This time both Mike's helped with my deal and there was never a feeling that one won't help because he won't make anything on 'this deal'. They both chipped in and got the deal done with great pricing, a test ride, paperwork signed, and home just as the rain started. Great job to Ted and the Mike's! I would recommend giving them a chance to bid on your business. They beat all the other prices I got on a 2016 Yamaha XSR900. Stoked!

Hands down the best dealership experience I have had, both cars and powersports. Have purchased 2 uses motorcycles from them and have had zero issues with the purchasing experience, and the bikes were in top notch shape. When they needed a little bit of service, the parts and mechanic shop was friendly and happy to help with any issues I had or if I needed something explained to me. Would definitely recommend this dealership over all others.

Walked in yesterday interested in small outboards. Was entirely ignored by the staff. Not even a head nod or a "hello, we will be with you soon". I'm not sure they sell outboards at all (their site seems to indicate they can order them), but it didn't matter, seemingly no one worked there. A gentleman was busy with his phone call in the main room, but I was apparently invisible. I'm starting to understand why all the locals hate this place.

I found this store and love it. I needed a new helmet but have trouble finding one that fits. These folks have a huge selection of helmets to fit every budget. They also have a helpful staff that makes sure you have all the information you need. Highly recommend.

New and pre-owned motorcycles, ATVs, watercraft, service center. Friendly employees will help you find what you're looking for and answer questions. I've had work done on two of my bikes here. Good experience.

Great place. With the closing of motorider in town here i was forced to go elsewhere for a lid and some gloves for my boy. I found myself in Antioch, and I figured what the heck, lets stop in. Got everything I needed with excellent help. Really happy with the visit.

If I can give this place half a star I would. First when I went inside no one came up to me or ask me for help for like 25 mins then I ASK can someone help me with the bike I want. then they found some got the help right. Great way to start off right. Then I get the bike I want this FI red light flash and I bring it in light goes away they said oh nothing shows up on the Computer. so took it home went back with the bike few weeks later and boom light comes on again. I till dealer he seem like he didn't care guy name is mike and was like oh I see it now. You can turn it off next morning they can't find the problem. Plus my rim got bent thinking they can help out or can be cover cause I haven't had the bike for less then month and half and then they told me call my insurance to fix or pay out of pocket. Place sucks and dealers and Service guys suck. I will never do Business there again

I will start with 5 stars. I have visited them 3 times. Twice to purchase filters for my V strom and once on the way back from long trip to look at bikes. They give me good vibe and that's why I scheduled my recall job for March with them and not my closer dealer. Their staff is not pushy, as I don't like anyone breath on the back of my neck when I am looking at things. Parts department was helpful and took time to look things up for me. Next time I am in a market, I will try them. On the phone, service guys (Ron) is very upbeat and seems very accommodating. Don't fail me guys and you'll have a customer for life.

So I had the recall done and Good, fast service. Again not pushy in sales I was free to look at bikes and not being molested to buy. Next time I am in the market. I will buy from them.response / report this review -

100% TOP NOTCH SERVICE from start to finish.. I came in looking for a Slingshot.. Paid a little more then i was setting for .. but the service and atmosphere they provide to their customers is WELL worth it! Probably the best Dealer of any kind i have spent my time and money at!!! no matter how busy they were ( and they were busy! ) they still had time for me Thanks Ted, Jerry, Mike, Ron, Gina, Jeff, Cassy and everyone else i didn't get to meet! you are all amazing!! BTW made it home without stalling ;)
