The hotel is awesome. Friendly staff, clean rooms, easy check in process. Great location and the price is great too. View from the room is awesome also. Hotel has all that is needed. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and fresh, the bed is fairly comfy, the breakfast was one of the best complimentary hotel breakfast I had in a while. They also had a complimentary light dinner that was not advertised on expedia, but it was a pleasant gesture. Overall my 3 night stay was good.

The hotel wasn't bad. It's hard to give a good review of the hotel because it's under construction at this point. The rooms were good, they just feel dated. The service was fine.

This is a great hotel. They provide a hot breakfast and a small dinner with your stay. The rooms were clean and we'll stocked, as was the very nice pool. Outside our room was the air conditioning unit that were making a terrible sound, when the front desk was told they said they would get someone to check them out. Overall great hotel close to where we needed to be and close to the 215 exchange.

We had a wonderful stay at the Midvalley Crystal Inn. It is so easy to get to & in a great centralized location; Close to lots of shopping & good eating. The rooms are clean & comfortable. The Midvalley Crystal Inn serves a full Hot breakfast & dinner included in your stay. Don't forget about the indoor pool and hot tub after a long day of meetings or shopping.

I guess it might have been a bad week but 2 nights I put towels up on rack so they would not need to wash them. The 3rd night I left towel on bed. When we got back to room in the evening the washcloths were still on tub and I said I left my towel on bed and they just hung up. My friend said she left on the floor and same thing. 1 night they left my dishes on the table and the next day there were 2 nights dishes on the table. People that put their trays in the hall had them sit all day. The food at buffet was fairly good.

Well done! We had a lovely stay. Clean, quite, good meals. Everyone was so friendly and always smiling. Did you know you can have a complimentary dinner at this hotel?! Free food? Yes please.

Well worth the price for this clean, quiet, well-serviced hotel. They had a great breakfast each morning served until 10 and there was a light supper at 5:30 that looked yummy as well. They had laundry facilities for guests to use as well. I would stay here again for sure. Perfect for families and extended stays.

It was not my favorite stay. The hotel was decently clean and in a good location for where we needed to be. The beds were not that comfortable and the pillows were just okay. The elevator was really slow but there were a lot of stairs to take which was usually faster. The breakfast was okay, but the best, not the worst but it was free. They had a pool which was fun for the kids but ran out of towels and we had to go looking for more. I may or may not stay here again.

This hotel was nice. The rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly. The free dinner and breakfast buffet is a good bonus if you are traveling on a budget.

Rooms for most part pretty clean. Beds a little stiff service depends on what staff is on duty. Stayed here two different weeks on business. Meals need a better rotation for sure. Lobby needs stocked more often
First week room was kept tidy and service okay. 2nd floor
Second week will NEVER come back. 3rd floor linens left on floor for swap out folded (very sloppy I might add) and put back on rack. No restock on hygiene products or coffee. Trash bags dumped out and put back. Bed not made, just sort of tossed back into place. ONE DAY ROOM SKIPPED ENTIRELY!
Co-worker FOUND BED BUGS in her room on bed. IF STAFF CLEANING PROPERLY THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN FOUND BEFORE HAND. felt uncomfortable staying at all.

Stayed here for 5 nights while skiing. All front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious. Hallways had a funny smell to them but nothing too overwhelming. Free hot breakfast and light dinner is a big perk, especially if you're on a budget. Since we were skiing, having a bunch of "luxuries" wasn't necessary so I would say the value is pretty high.

Super great! Small and homey hotel but with pretty big and nice rooms! Good Free breakfast and dinner. Very accommodating with shuttle rides to and from the mountains! Always willing to help! Loved my stay!
