Exceedingly clean with a friendly, helpful, competent staff. The breakfast are varied, which is a surprise, and the warm chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon are a much appreciated touch.

What a great experience! We stayed there to be close to a medical facility. Staff was very understanding, accommodating, & very nice. They even write nice notes on the banana skins!

This is probably the nicest Hampton inn I've ever stayed in, the lobby was beautiful and open, there was a breakfast, a lot of nice complimentary options were provided. Checkout was extremely easy, I honestly couldn't have been more pleased with my stay here.

Pros: Room is Clean, spacious, and bed is comfortable. Property is next to highway. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi opened late. Ok breakfast. Plentiful free parking. Very nice towels
Cons: Not much selection of restaurants if you don't have a car. Very expensive if there is a convention in town, I paid about $200 per night compared to a similar property like Holiday Inn Express. Also only one microwave in the lobby for entire hotel? Do not stay on the second floor near the walkway that opens to the foyer!!! Very noisy, bad architectural design. My only criticism is the fitness room. The elliptical machine was broken and the heart rate monitor on the treadmill was inop. Could also have used a set of dumbells. I like to workout when I'm out of town as well. The hotel rooms are nice and have a warm feel to them. I would stay again

Nice hotel. Great continental breakfast . Our room could use better lighting. Indoor pool and hot tub are great. Service was excellent.

Very good looking hotel inside and outside. Breakfast was good and constantly refilled.Friendly staff. Wish was very comfortable. I wish the bathroom had a lock though.

Location is good, close to downtown without the higher prices. However, no room for unpacking clothes for more than 1 person, toilet feels ready to break away from wall and faucet feels like it's ready to give way. Free breakfast makes up for it. Service overall in hotel is goodeveryone is nice.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this very clean hotel in this part of the city. Price was right and breakfast included. I would certainly stay here again.

This is a great hotel. Room was clean and updated, and the bed was very comfortable with comfortable pillows. The included breakfast is a notch above a continental breakfast. They have a self serve waffle iron as well as a warming plate thing with bacon and eggs in it.
The only shame is that there's no good food close by. DO NOT go to the diner across the parking lot. Food was so foul.response / report this review -

Nice clean and good service. I liked the suite layout it is great for families. The layout allows for someone to work while others sleep. The breakfast was great and loved that you could have custom omelets. Will stay there again.
