We were very impressed with this hotel. It had great space and the best complimentary breakfast we have ever seen. The breakfast even included a made-to-order omelette station! It had a few things that were not perfect. The thermostat had to constantly be reset to keep the heat going. The shower door didn't seal well and leaked water, and the bathroom doors didn't have locks on them. All of these things were minor compared to the fact that the hotel was clean, welcoming, beautiful, and had great amenities. We will certainly be back soon!

Room was very nice. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. The location was near the airport, but not too close. We were traveling west on I-80 and it was easy to find, following GPS, and easy to get back on the highway in the morning. Would stay there again if the opportunity arises.

The room was clean, well-lit, and comfortable. The bed was comfy and the overall facilities of the hotel were great! Staff members were accommodating and kind. I loved the complementary breakfast and the pool/hottub. My only issue was that for the weekend we stayed, every time we got off the elevator and went into the lobby, I smelled sewage! It was puzzling. It literally smelled like a backed-up sewage system. So really, other than that weirdness, it was a phenomenal stay!

This is probably one of the best, if not the best Embassy Suites I've ever stayed in. Being a diamond member of the hilton honors group I've been in many hotels and many being Embassy. I love the layout of the rooms, the new furniture and it's cool here how there is a key for the thermostat. Very energy efficient!!!

The room was excellent. Very clean. Housekeeping was very responsive and friendly. Requests for service are made via text, and are responded to quickly. Breakfast was very good. Better than most fast food breakfasts, and as always, free. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very willing to help out, make suggestions, answer questions, etc. The facility and grounds were beautiful, clean, and well maintained.

I attended a medical conference there and was very impressed with the conference rooms and general appearance of the hotel. The built-in restaurant there was good, but not great but I didn't have to pay for the food so I couldn't tell you if the food was overly priced. I also did not stay overnight there so cannot comment on the rooms. Overall though, the hotel appeared very nice and the staff that I interacted with were all very helpful and professional.

Staff is friendly. Made to order omelet during the complimentary breakfast is great. The rooms are pretty comfortable and the pool closes at 11pm which is by far one of the latest times I've seen a pool open. I did like the stay, it's both causal and business. The surrounding neighbor is in construction but still has good access to near by restaurants and cafes.

Horrible service, freezing room, no water, sticky floor, and uncomfortable shower setting. It is the worst

1st impression at check in could have been better. Both times we stayed here we waited a bit and the staff was just doing their job with very little emotion. My kids did love the pool and it was clean and clear.

This is one of the nicest embassy suites we have stayed at. Fairly new and clean. King rooms are especially spacious. The rooms with 2 queen beds have a little less room and the showers are smaller. Some things to be aware of: there are no tubs in the rooms only showers. Showers have clear doors, so it is difficult to have someone use the bathroom to brush teeth or something while someone else is showering unless you have that kind of relationship ;) also all the doors separating different areas are sliding doors. They look nice but don't lock, so there is a little less privacy. There are plenty of outlets and power ports which is nice. Breakfast was fine, but the made to order omelets were a half hour wait both mornings. Finally, we had a group reservation and no one but the night manager seemed to be able to help us with the reservations at all. Every time I called with a question or needing to make a change I hung up frustrated until I started only being willing to talk to him. In person, the staff were friendly and helpful with anything easy, but when payment was messed up, they had to refer us back to the manager. This is a fairly frustrating way to operate. It would be better if the desk staff were equipped to handle anything but the most complicated situation. All in all, I recommend the hotel. We had a group of 10 rooms and everyone really enjoyed the accommodations.

For the most part, I loved it. It's very modern, includes breakfast, and has a really interesting design. They went a little overboard on the futuristic modern vibe; aside from the entrance door there were no locks on the other doors, not even the bathroom door locked. Your room key has to be inserted into a weird slot on the wall before you can turn on lights, control the temperature, or anything. The guy checking us in at the service desk didn't know how to use his own hotel's rewards points, so our entire stay we ended up missing out on all those points. The breakfast was good though; custom made omelettes, fruit, coffee, donuts, bread, pancakes, pretty much whatever you wanted, were all very good. I didn't check out the pool, but I imagine it was pretty nice. The whole hotel felt quite elegant.

Excellently clean. Pretty convenient location, free drinks reception weekday evenings, decent included hot breakfast with handy sign in the elevator helping you figure out heavy breakfast traffic times. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean, so many towels!! Good exercise facility. We stayed in a suite, with nicely updated bathrooms, thermostat worked great. I prefer a firmer bed, but it was comfy for the firmness level it was. Beautiful views of snow-capped mountains.
