The overall experience was really nice. Super clean, friendly, helpful staff. The only problem was that I forgot a sport coat in my room and when I went back to find it they didn't see it anywhere. That said, the staff is super helpful and genuinely concerned about it. I will plan on staying here again on my next visit to SLC.
Update: They found my coat! The staff was so helpful and they actually found my missing coat and mailed it to me. Really great, friendly staff. Top notch customer service. Thank you so much!

Rooms were large with small kitchenette, clean and well designed building. Very green design with recycling in the room. No chlorine in the pool was an interesting touch

Awesome experience! Check in staff was efficient, courteous, and helpful. Room was clean and room cleaning service was excellent. Breakfast was fine, but a little limited. Staff again was helpful every day for breakfast. There was no noise and the beds we're comfortable too. Will stay again if in the area!

I stayed at this location for business. The room is excellent. It's very clean and has plenty of space, a refrigerator, and a microwave. My room had an excellent view of the mountains. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

I stayed here because a friend recommended it. I must say, I am highly disappointed in my experience and would not recommend this hotel PERIOD. I am an auditor for several high profile clients and this place needs to be improved and disgraces the Hilton brand name. The young man seemed more concerned about the TV and had no kind of personality. He doesn't smile and I refused to even communicate with him as he seems to not care and comes off rude. My bathroom was disgusting!! Shower had hair and personal hygiene item stains in tub and used soap on sink. Sheets smelled disgusting I had lay my fleece blanket over to lay on it. I checked out around 530 am and I did let the girl know about every issue and I did feel horrible for hitting her with complaints even thought it wasn't her fault but she was really attentive and apologized and I felt she genuinely cared for my concern as a paying guest. I should call and report to the BBB about this facility as several things within my view were in violation. I believe there should always be a member of housekeeping available to assist with these issues after hours or someone of management on the property to be readily available to address any concerns from guests. I should not have to wait until I'm departing to voice my complaints. I have stayed at another Home2 before and they had 2 people at front desk to take care of in-house calls, checking in/checking out guests and other duties.. I would suggest this hotel do the same to ensure a great experience for their guests otherwise they will lose business. I personally will never stay here again based on my experience or I may just come in to review the place so my clients know what type of establishment this is.

The hotel itself is in a perfect location away from busy streets and in a quite area. Overall the hotel was very clean and smelled like delicious apples. Check in was a little bit frustrating when you've got quite a few other people in front of you and they only had 1 person at the desk. Some of the front desk people need a little bit more training in guest interactions and maintaining professionalism. Some of them seemed like they hated their job or just didn't care about the guests feelings or getting them taken care of. We really enjoyed speaking with the people that work the graveyard shifts. They always had a warm smile and greeted us every single time we came back to the hotel, asked if we needed anything and would always say good night. If all of their employees could have the same mentality to provide the same type of service to guests- this would be a 5 star hotel. We will be returning to Salt Lake City area and may have to book this one again because of location, cleanliness of our room and property, good breakfast and a few of the awesome staff members.

Great place to stay Very affordable. Very clean, the place doesn't stink, the front desk was very hospitable. I would stay there again and again!!!! Breakfast tasted like any other hotels, it seems to go later than others so you can sleep in a little longer rather than having to get up just to make it to your breakfast. We didn't swim or use the exercise room. We were there for one night and was originally using the room to sleep after our night out in Salt Lake and Provo. The location is in a quiet location where development is just starting to get under way for more businesses.

Everything about my stay at this Home2 Suites location was positive and pleasurable. The staff was extremely helpful. Once, when I was having a little trouble using the lobby computer, an employee who was off-duty and on his way home stopped and helped me solve the problem. Made my day! I also liked the patio fire pit. A great place for relaxing and conversation at the end of the day.

Excellent hotel. The low price was tough to be for what was offered. Stayed 3 nights and did not experience a single issue. The pool was amazing. They had the best pool out of the seven hotels we stayed at on this trip. It was warm but not hot, and also had toys to play with.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, & quiet. I'd come here again. It is a little far from restaurants but that wasn't a problem. I enjoyed this hotel.

Very nice place to stay in the west valley area. Breakfast was different than usual, pre packaged food items you throw in the microwave, waffles with a million other toppings and other normal stuff (like cereal). Staff was very friendly and helpful too. Room was very nice! I will definitely come back provided the price is right.

Thank you D, Lu and the staff at this facility. Our family truly enjoyed our stay during our family reunion to celebrate our father's 90th birthday.
The staff was totally terrific from assistant manager (Lu) to sales manager (D) to all employees that we encountered. The rooms were clean, beautiful and spacious. The breakfast was great with very healthy choices. Great convenient location next to golf course and major retail stores near by. We can not ask for a better place. We certainly will come here again for our next gathering. We almost feel at home at this place.

The beds were clean but they had very little padding which resulted in me waking up throughout the night with a painful ache on the part of my body touching the mattress. I tossed and turned all night to relieve this ache and didn't sleep well at all. Minus stars for failing at the most basic function of being a hotel - clean, comfortable beds. The hotel is nice and modern, but it's out in a business park away from any restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Internet didn't work the first night. TV was extremely slow (10+ seconds to change each channel) and turned itself off several times while I was using it (perhaps no signal). All around this place was a fail
