This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was great! I'll definitely be staying here again.

Our family of 4 had a great stay. It was a pretty busy Fri night and we were in a room next to kids, as well as kids above us. Very very loud, we're talkin loud kids at 11:15 PM . I was up around 7:00, which is much earlier than normal. It's sad that some parents aren't considerate of others staying. And at the least making their kids tone it down after 10pm. First thing we teach our kids, is that there are people surrounding us. And that it's good manners to not be all crazy and loud. It's not the hotels fault though. Our 6 year olds liked their pool. Beds were comfortable.
Their breakfast was only ok. They could also use a second waffle maker. With all of that being said. My family would stay again.

The customer service was outstanding. The breakfasts were good and varied each day. The bathroom vanity was a good size as well.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights this past week. On arrival we were given a room on the third floor where it was obvious someone was smoking in a room near the elevators. After mentioning this to the front desk the problem persisted throughout the entire stay. In our room there was a sticky stain on the floor next to a bed. On two days my spouse needed to sleep longer due to some back pain and was continuously awakened by the housekeeping staff working outside the door. No respect for the do not disturb sign, or the fact that some guests may be sleeping in a hotel during non-traditional hours. The last straw came the final night when we returned after a long day to find our room had not been cleaned during the day. We checked the door to make sure we hadn't left the do not disturb sign hanging in the hallway.. and no it was on the inside of the room. The tray from the breakfast was still in the room and so I took it to the front desk and requested towels. The clerk promised to make it "right" and comp us our room on the final night and have the manager call us. We verified my number at that time so it wouldn't miss the call. Three days ago and still waiting for the room to be comped and a call STAY AWAY poor staff, poor management, not fitting the hilton / Hampton name.

Great place to slip in and out of. Had an indoor pool and fitness center that the kids loved. Gluten free and dairy free breakfast options. Easy walk to Thanksgiving Point attractions.

Always a convenient place to stay, I was visiting a customer in the area. Plenty of good places to eat nearby. The hotel is always clean and we'll maintained. Breakfast is so so/so but good for a quick bite, they also have to go brown bag breakfast.

Pretty standard hotel room, not especially big but not especially small either. Everything was in good repair, friendly service and a good breakfast. I liked the omelets and breakfast potatoes.

Nice and clean with a great atmosphere. The pool and hot tub are nice and not usually too crowded on weeknights. They also often have fresh cookies or other snacks in the main lobby. The front desk attendants are always very nice and friendly.

The hotel was awesome. The room was clean, high ceilings and big mirrors. The bed was a little rough. Breakfast was really good with lots of options.
