Great hotel, very nice, modern reception,lobby, and breakfast area. I was very great full to be upgraded to a two bedroom suite, although it was just me for the night so i didn't get much use out of the living room/kitchenette. Room was very clean with great amenities and a nice view. I had to call the desk in the middle of the night because there was a group of guests talking loudly in the hallways at 3:00 am, and the desk quickly addressed the issue. Breakfast was the standard Holiday Inn Express affair, although the pancake machine was empty the whole time I was at breakfast. Overall, a nice, affordable place to stay if a little remote from downtown Pittsburgh.

No matter how bad it gets for me this place is awesome and great service. Especially front desk manager Jasmine. Thanks for the help. Will be coming back again and inviting people to stay there while in Pittsburgh. Awesome crews and hotel!

Room was priced better than other area hotels but has access to the riverfront within 10 minutes. Hotel was a little older but room was clean and in good condition. Pool was nice, haven't been in a hotel pool that was 6ft deep for a while. Breakfast was typical to a holiday Inn express but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay and see Pittsburgh.

Overnight stay for wedding in Downtown Pittsburgh. Great hotel with very friendly employees. We we allowed to check out an hour late to accommodate our schedule. Would recommend hotel for anyone visiting Pittsburgh.

We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Express. The hotel was modern and up to date. The customer service was welcoming and friendly. The room was nice and the accommodations where comfortable. We would definitely stay there again if we ever come back to Pittsburgh.

First off, the staff is amazing. Everyone working there was extremely charismatic and nice. They are probably the best staff I've seen in a hotel and helped to get my stay at this hotel off to a good start as soon as I walked through those doors. Other than that, the hotel is in a great, safe location and seems almost new altogether. I highly recommend this hotel.

I am staying in a room for work training - it is a very spacious double queen room. Very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. They provide breakfast every morning and also reliable shuttle service as I used it back and forth to training. They have a smaller heated pool that i haven't used yet but it looks nice and a pretty large gym for a hotel. Next to a grocery store and a few decent food options.response / report this review -

I am staying in a room for work training - it is a very spacious double queen room. Very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. They provide breakfast every morning and also reliable shuttle service as I used it back and forth to training. They have a smaller heated pool that i haven't used yet but it looks nice and a pretty large gym for a hotel. Next to a grocery store and a few decent food options.

Great place to stay. My dad and I stayed for 2 nights! Great service, great breakfast, and a friendly staff. They have a shuttle that picked us up in Pittsburgh after the Pirates game. Great people!

Booked a room to visit family in pittsburg. My son and wife had to go to the ER. So we could not make the trip so I called to cancel our room they told me that they could reimburse me and they already took out the money from my account. Considering the situation you would have thought that it would be humane under the circumstances that I was in to reimburse me my money. Unfortunately that's not what happened this company it's just a bunch of crooks and all they do is steal money from people I will never ever stay at any one of their hotels ever again and I will never recommend any of my family to stay in any of their hotels. Which is pretty sad because holiday it is our main Hotel whenever we go on vacation..anyway thanks for nothing.. By the way my family was admitted. Thanks holiday inn for really seeing the true holiday inn And u can suck!

Stayed with my family for the Pitt Jam Fest basketball tournament. We travel a lot for basketball. This was the best stay I have had in years. Front desk staff (Nyheima and Amber ) were amazing. They provided us a fast reliable shuttle service which saved us at least $50 in parking fees. The breakfast included was fresh and hot at all times due to the extreme attentiveness of the staff. The kids had great choices and really enjoyed it. Our room was in excellent condition and was fully stocked. Anything else we needed was a mere call away. Next time we are in Pittsburgh this is where we will be staying. Thanks for everything!!!

Very clean and very friendly staff!! My wife and I stayed Friday through Sunday and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, the front lobby was clean, and the continental breakfast was always fully stocked. Every staff member from the front desk to the cleaning crew was always courteous and respectful. We want to give a big thank you to Robb, from the front desk. He was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our trip. They also have a free shuttle service that can drop you off and pick you up around the city. We didn't have to worry about paying for parking once. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are going to Pittsburgh!!

place is awesome. idk what people are talking about. room, bed, bathroom all clean. staff fantastic. can't get any easier on/off the highway. pool not fancy but was perfect for my kids. if you wanna spend $300 for some place fancy where they park your car for you or save $20 and stay in a dump go for it this place for perfect for us
