Disgusting!! The construction workers use all the elevators leaving the paying patrons one to use. I have been here 3 times now on accident after booking with a 3rd party non refundable booking. First time was beginning of renovation (band aid) of the property. Stunk like crazy. Mexicans everywhere working with zero respect for the patrons. Parking lot was a mess with nailsetc. second time i got the new room. Damn bathroom door was installed wrong and fell off. Drains didnt work. Cold shower and the usual disrespectful construction workers. Stayed last night. Was told i could use the back entry. Unload my stuff and go to door to see the usual construction entry only. Charged my card twice. Drains work a little better but still hot water issues. Hot tun doesnt work and there is a layer of dirt on the bottom of the indoor pool. This place should have been shut down 100% during construction or even better.condemned. I despise this place with all my being.

And the “pending” charges on my card are now true charges. I call them and they put you on a wild goose chase. They have an extra $97.33 of my money!!

Came for a work trip so I stayed for 3 nights
mid week. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The hotel is in the middle of what appears to be a pretty big common space renovation so unfortunately no access to gym or pool/hot tub. They did offer a free pass to a local gym nearby but I drove by and the gym was kind of a scene. I was unaware of construction when I booked through a travel site. Pros: My room is a king, comfortable size, comfy bed, nice desk space for working in my room. Breakfast wasn't included but available on site and affordable with both a hot menu or continental buffet option. I did not eat lunch or dinner on site. Cons: I don't know if my room is one already renovated but if so it isn't holding up well. The tub is grubby (not dirty I think but plastic and stained, with one of those permanent rings) the toilet flushes badly so I always had to flush twice. The towels are small, thin and scratchy. My room was on the highway side of the building and both the heat unit and the mini fridge were loud so light sleepers should bring their own earplugs as none were provided as I see in other urban hotels. This hotel is ok. It mostly met my needs for a business trip and will probably be very nice when construction is completed. Not a luxury stay but comfortable.

My room was nice but the rest of the hotel is going through a much needed renovation.

The hotel is under complete renovation and should have been doing free breakfast or something to compensate. Instead service was slow and the guest just feel like they are living in a construction site. The place should be nice when done though, just don't know why they are open at this stage.

I had found a bed bug in my bed after about an hour of being in my room. I informed the front desk with a picture to confirm it was a bed bug. He apologized and helped me book a room at a different hotel promising I would be refunded. I give this gentleman a 5/5.

The manager now refuses to refund me claiming her "head of maintenance" couldn't find anything when I had noticed the bug crawling around without even looking for it. Apparently, photo evidence wasn't enough to satisfy her, she needed me to trap it and give to her as a pet. Now I have paid for 2 hotel rooms for one night and I'm not too happy about it.

Highly recommend not staying at this hotel.

This hotel is under renovation right now. It's starting to look very very nice and I'm excited to see the final results. In the present condition, it's difficult to access restrooms and there is some construction ugliness, but I know it's temporary.

Good location. Easy access to 12 mile and i96. Was there for a three day event. Good catering and nice staff. Two complaints, banquet chairs were uncomfortable and they need to increase the sheet size on the no-touch paper towel dispensers.

A bunker. Parts are renovated. I think they should better tear it down. But sheets are clean. Coffee fresh. And not to forget hot water and a clean and partly renovated bathroom. But don't try to close the door while sitting on the schi.. .

Horrible Experience. Stay Away. - Reserved an Executive Room with a King size bed and when we arrived there were two queen sized beds, cigarette ash on the tables, stains on the sheets and the entire room smelled awful .

The staff were not helpful. They were having their private party in the lobby celebrating the new year. I told them that the room was filthy and described that there had been a mistake with the room configuration and I was rudely told that they're booked. To take the room or leave it.

I left it. They still charged for a full night stay even though I was there for less than two minutes staring at the disgusting hell hole they called the "Executive Room"

At the desk they had told me that they would not charge me for the stay yet this morning they charged me $168.

I had to find a more decent hotel twenty miles away because all nearby hotels were booked up. Missed Dinner reservations, missed two important events planned for that night. Pretty much ruined my entire New Year's Celebration.

My company hosted a fun event here. The food was great. There were drinks, the wait staff was polite. We had around 70 people, and the halls were more than enough room for us. The lobby is beautiful and opens up into the pool. There is a great bar and restaurant.
